Katrina the gift that keeps on giving
No doubt it will go down in the record books are the most expensive disaster that the American public will have ever known.
This is just another blatant in your face of passing the buck of blame off on no one, when people's lives have been drastically effected by it.
Let alone the taxpayer burden we will all have to face because of the negligence of the FDA
who once again did not do their job and let something as defective as these trailers on the market. We have already paid out billions for them and now we will pay out more.
But on a more serious note these were not the only trailers made under these standards and I can tell you that for a fact, my in-laws fifth wheel was so saturated with formaldehyde that after 30 seconds I couldn't stand to stay in it. Some might think it's that new smell but when it takes your breath away you know it's frying your lungs.
So now when all this comes out in the wash and it will, just exactly were will that buck stop?
Because this has much larger ramification attached to it than Katrina ever could have thought of.
