Being Pro-active instead of re-active

Oh I'm glad as a taxpayer you chose to spend our money on a lavish set up for the American diplomats in Iraq. Richard must be so pleased that he and his friends from the oil business have such a nice place to stay while they're there.
I'm sure that billion dollars a year up keep will be well worth the money spent.
I'm so pleased you tried to save us money by out sourcing the building of it to the cheapest labor you could find.
The pool is going to be beautiful when it's finished, but really it does seem to be in a tacky neighborhood, I mean can't you make those people get running water and electricity, what will our friends say driving through that squalor to our beautiful new embassy.
Perhaps we can blame it on the exterminator and his poor use of chemical choice thus allowing this kind of vermin to continue to live.
Well that's all right.
We can't expect everything to be perfect in paradise now can we.
Your such a visionary
Who would have thought this would have been possible a mere six years ago.
We're so proud of what you have done for the Iraqi people.
You sure showed them what true democracy was all about.
Mission accomplished by all means!
