U.S. to ramp up rapid deportations with sweeping new rule
The Trump administration said on Monday it will expand and speed up deportations of migrants who enter the United States illegally by stripping away court oversight, enabling officials to remove people in days rather than months or years.
Set to be published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, the rule will apply “expedited removal” to the majority of those who enter the United States illegally, unless they can prove they have been living in the country for at least two years.
Legal experts said it was a dramatic expansion of a program already used along the U.S.-Mexican border that cuts out review by an immigration judge, usually without access to an attorney. Both are available in regular proceedings.
“The Trump administration is moving forward into converting ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) into a ‘show me your papers’ army,” said Vanita Gupta, the president of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, on a call with reporters.

ICE Protesters Launch Secret Weapon: Giant Prop Brown Baby In Wooden Crib-Cage (VIDEO)
The really sad part is, these are the very same people that bitch about antivaxers
And yet they are willing to allow anybody and their brother in "OUR" backyard, whether they're sick or nor
Protesters in Portland have taken a break from the rioting for 2019’s installment of May Day, and have instead directed their rage toward I.C.E. They marched from the waterfront to the I.C.E. building in southwest Portland, chanting “ABOLISH ICE” and “NO ICE, NO KKK, NO FASCIST USA.” They then had a stand-off with “federal protective services” officers in riot gear. Meanwhile, Portland “police” were nowhere to be seen, except for the truck giving empty threats of possible arrest if the protesters didn’t clear the road.

REPORT: BORDER AGENTS WILL SOON HAVE AUTHORITY TO DECIDE ASYLUM CLAIMS ON THE SPOT
Anonymous source and we all know how that can go,
But what a hell of an idea, that should have been implemented long ago
I don't find the idea to strange either, since you do the same thing, when seeking a mortgage loan
You pre qualify to see if you're even eligible
It saves a lot of your time and the mortgage company's money
It does cost money for title searches and appraisals, not to mention all those contracts that have to be drawn up that the mortgage company pays for up front, even if they do stick you with the bill in the end.
There's no point in any of it, if a person doesn't qualify in the end, in order to sign the contract, so the mortgage company can get it's upfront fees back.
And they sure don't work for free
It would behoove us as a Country to apply the same logic the mortgage company does
And save us alot of money in the long run. Only 10% of those seeking asylum actually qualify, but the duration of their application can go on for up to 10 years, and during that time "We" the People are paying them an allowance to live, and it's sizably more than 5 dollars a week.
President Donald Trump is reportedly preparing to give law enforcement officials the authority to conduct interviews with asylum seekers arriving on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Under the upcoming plan, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officers would train Border Patrol agents deployed on the southern border on how to perform “credible fear interviews,” according to sources who spoke with the Washington Examiner. A migrant illegally crossing the border would be subjected to an interview by an agent shortly after apprehension and would only be allowed to claim asylum if they pass the interview.
The changes would reduce the number of migrants who are waiting for a decision on their asylum case, alleviating an immigration court system bogged down with some 900,000 pending cases, and more quickly deport foreign nationals who do not qualify.
“If that gets rolled out and we actually start deporting people within a timely manner, you’re going to see the numbers drop exponentially,” an official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said to the Examiner.

Jobless Greeks Clean Toilets in Sweden for Work
A job is a job, and one must be grateful in this day and age just to have one. America whose toilet will you clean? While Mexico now enjoys the status of having a "Middle class", they also have a policy that says, you have "no rights" to work there. Are "We" to become the nation of "illegal
immigrants" now, sneaking across the border to clean Mexico's toilets and cut their grass?
Juss saying..... and pointing to the obvious
Think about it.

As a pharmaceutical salesman in Greece for 17 years, Tilemachos Karachalios wore a suit, drove a company car and had an expense account. He now mops schools in Sweden, forced from his home by Greece’s economic crisis.
“It was a very good job,” said Karachalios, 40, of his former life. “Now I clean Swedish s---.”
Karachalios, who left behind his 6-year-old daughter to be raised by his parents, is one of thousands fleeing Greece’s record 24 percent unemployment and austerity measures that threaten to undermine growth. The number of Greeks seeking permission to settle in Sweden, where there are more jobs and a stable economy, almost doubled to 1,093 last year from 2010, and is on pace to increase again this year.

Laurie Penny: It's not rhetoric to draw parallels with Nazism
History seems to be repeating itself, except this time they have replaced immigrants, as the Jews.
The difference only being in the class status, of the "employed occupation".
Immigrants take jobs from a country's people, Jews took the financial industry of every country they immigrated to, by an intentionally designed plan.
Don't believe me?
I will show you later on this evening, why that statement is undeniable true.

"After the immigrants, you're next." That's what was written on flyers that appeared this week in the gay clubbing district of Athens. As violence against immigrants and ethnic minorities escalates across Greece, supporters of the ultra-right Golden Dawn party have also begun to promote hate attacks on homosexuals and people with disabilities. These fascists march with black shirts and flares through Athens, terrorising ethnic and sexual minorities, waving an insignia which looks like nothing but an unravelled swastika, and declaring disdain for the political process. And yet, across Europe, they continue to be treated as a mere symptom of Greece's economic crisis.
Not only are crimes against immigrants in Greece considered low priority, much of Golden Dawn's support base comes from police ranks. Exit polls in the May 2012 elections suggested that in some urban districts up to 50 per cent of Greek police voted for the racist group, which now holds 7 per cent of the seats in parliament.
The stabbings, beatings and motorbike attacks have become so routine that in many parts of the capital, immigrants are afraid to go out alone. While Greece has long had a large migrant population – 80 per cent of refugees to the European Union arrive in Greek ports – families who came to the country seeking safety are now afraid for their children. A recent Human Rights Watch report, Hate on the Streets, found that "national authorities – as well as the EU and the international community at large – have largely turned a blind eye" to xenophobic violence in Greece.
Turning a blind eye would be bad enough. But now the Minister for Public Order, Nikos Dendias, has pledged to crack down on immigration, which he described as an "invasion" and "a bomb at the foundations of society". Tellingly, Dendias also described the presence of foreigners in Greece as a more significant threat than the economic crisis

Feds moving to dismiss some deportation cases
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/7169978.html
Raise your hand if this sounds like a good idea.
With 23 states looking to follow Arizona's example, this is the governments reply.
And doesn't it somehow seem that Homeland security and ICE are working at cross purposes, so it comes off as nothing but a big waste of taxpayers dollars?
The Department of Homeland Security is systematically reviewing thousands of pending immigration cases and moving to dismiss those filed against suspected illegal immigrants who have no serious criminal records, according to several sources familiar with the efforts.
Culling the immigration court system dockets of noncriminals started in earnest in Houston about a month ago and has stunned local immigration attorneys, who have reported coming to court anticipating clients' deportations only to learn that the government was dismissing their cases.

Lack of resources curtails ICE tracking of illegals:Agents told to 'prioritize'
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2010/aug/8/lack-of-resources-curtails-ice-tracking-illegals/
Doesn't it sound like ICE is now being told to duplicate Homeland Security's job?
New guidance telling U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to focus on apprehending terrorists and criminals has many of ICE's rank-and-file agents wondering who then is responsible for tracking down and detaining the millions of other illegal border-crossers and fugitive aliens now in the country.
The new guidelines are outlined in a June 29 memo from Assistant Secretary John Morton, who heads the agency, to all ICE employees regarding the apprehension, detention and removal of illegal immigrants, noting that the agency "only has resources to remove approximately 400,000 aliens per year, less than 4 percent of the estimated illegal-alien population in the United States."
Mr. Morton said ICE needed to focus wisely on the limited resources Congress had provided the agency and would "prioritize the apprehension and removal of aliens who only pose a threat to national security and/or public safety, such as criminals and terrorists."

U.S. to house detained migrants in converted hotels
http://www.reuters.com/article/domesticNews/idUSTRE5955OL20091006
Converted hotels for illegal immigrants, of course the hotels that will be converted for use are all high class in dire need of financial assistance to remain open due to the economic slow down and this is a way to help them stay open courtesy of your government and your tax dollars.
Motel six will definitely not be seen as a suitable solution.
http://money.cnn.com/2009/07/24/real_estate/hotels_default/index.htm?postversion=2009072407
The question is: What did they do for your neighbor or family or your friends, when their houses were forclosed on?
It sure wasn't a suite in a luxury hotel.
The United States, criticized for holding illegal immigrants in overcrowded and poorly run jails, on Tuesday announced plans to convert hotels to detain some noncriminal immigrants.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said illegal immigrants ranging from criminals to newly arrived asylum seekers would be held in different facilities according to the risk they pose.
"This is a system that encompasses many different types of detainees, not all of whom need to be held in prison-like circumstances," Napolitano told a conference call.
Referring to noncriminals such as newly arrived asylum seekers, Napolitano said, "We will begin efforts to house these populations near immigration service providers and pursue different options like converted hotels or residential facilities for their detention."
About 32,000 immigrants to the United States are held
