I do believe that Karl caught the big catch of the weekend.
Had HR3808 been passed by Obama, that's exactly what would have happened.
State Judicial foreclosures would have become a thing of the past.
A big time Bankers get out of jail free card.
The congress actually knowingly voted up this bill to give the taxpayers the "big wet willie".
Note how those gutless bastards didn't even record the vote, so if caught out, they could receive no retribution for their dirty deed.
Pay attention to Brunner here.
Pay CLOSE attention.
There's every possibility that Brunner managed to stop an enormous **** upon the public - that is, an attempt to force judicial foreclosure states to accept non-judicial process!
I know that sounds like a stretch, but have you ever seen these banksters deal honestly - with anything?
"The potential was for the banks to move their foreclosure offices to these (loose standard) states and then judges in judicial foreclosure states would have to honor these notarizations even though in their states it would not be legal......" - Secretary Brunner
Again I ask: Have you ever known these banksters to deal honestly with anyone - on anything?
Neither have I, and now we know why this bill was moved in the dark of night through The Senate.... and those who did it must be identified personally and held to account in November.

No easy out for the bankers

What now has to be watched for it that Congress doesn't try to re-slip this very same bill with a word or two changed, into another bill unnoticed and it passes any way.
Think Health care and all the little extras that got put into that bill.
Nancy said we wouldn't know what was in it until it passed, and that seems to have been the understatement of the year.
Presidential Memorandum--H.R. 3808
It is necessary to have further deliberations about the possible unintended impact of H.R. 3808, the "Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act of 2010," on consumer protections, including those for mortgages, before the bill can be finalized. Accordingly, I am withholding my approval of this bill. (The Pocket Veto Case, 279 U.S. 655 (1929)).
The authors of this bill no doubt had the best intentions in mind when trying to remove impediments to interstate commerce. My Administration will work with them and other leaders in Congress to explore the best ways to achieve this goal going forward.
To leave no doubt that the bill is being vetoed, in addition to withholding my signature, I am returning H.R. 3808 to the Clerk of the House of Representatives, along with this Memorandum of Disapproval.

White House Now Accepting Comments On H.R. 3808
http://www.zerohedge.com/article/white-house-now-accepting-comments-hr-3808
Did you read that deposition?
This bill makes all of that legal.
Send in your voice and tell Obama NO!
Then read the comments for a good laugh.
People are pissed and it comes out in the most hilarious ways.
Bill H.R. 3808, the Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act of 2010, which was discussed yesterday, and which according to both Reuters and the NYT may have a material impact on mitigating the impact of the High Freq Signing scandal, at least on the servicers, is now open for public comments at the white house.
Those wishing to tell the president how they feel, may do so at the following link:

We are confident the White House will promptly disclose all the "well-mannered" comments advising the administration on all sorts of anatomically impossible acts it should engage in should Obama sign off on this.
