And why have you not
Yes I care enough to ask
What's up with that Cap
To much toil in that task

Do you want to be an old man
All stove up like one to
Where you can't even bend over
To tie your own shoe

I'm watching you know
And I hear what you say
Don't you love yourself enough
To tend to you that way

What's all so important
That that's what you forgot
Are you so enamoured with stardom
That you'd let your body just rot

All that fancy eating
With ratz as your fare
You've forgotten about what's real
And about your first cause of care

You overdose on a rat fried roast
Pickin those bones over with care
It's the mind the body and the spirit
And each requires it's own individual share

Of your time and attitude
On their pinpoint latitude
And the longitude of the time you spend there
That keeps your bad ass "handled with care"
