I was saddened to learn of the recent passing of Bob Morgenthau, a truly great man! Bob served as a Naval Officer in World War II, was an extraordinary US Attorney, Manhattan District Attorney, and always a warrior for our Country that he loved so dearly........I got to know him over his many years as Chairman of the Police Athletic League, for which he devoted so much time and energy. Ask yourself exactly why Mueller would need a lawyer, to answer question about a case he investigated, and a report that he wrote. Hmmmmm Now what would a lawyer have to advise him on.....maybe the questions that the Republicans are going to ask, are self incriminating.........I certainly can't think of any other reason for the need of a lawyer at this point
