Funny with a touch of sadness because I'm almost positive that this is the test that the banks took.
Commentary: Here's a bank stress test that will work
Forget the negative press about bungled foreclosures, deepening mortgage losses and the veracity of recent profits. U.S. financial institutions are eager to show investors their financial strength.

More Fed Shenanigans: TILA
http://market-ticker.org/
Lol the time has now come to question:
WHERE THE FUCK DO "WE" LIVE!
And just who the hell is running the joint!
Obviously it's the FED'S FOLLIES, where everything is a set up and if there are set rules they're implanted in a Jello mold, so that they can be jiggled and moved, if not in fact removed all together.
So it's obvious at this point that "Bennie's Bastards" are up to their nose in shit and can no longer stand the smell, so once again Bennie has come running to the rescue and proposed this time to make it virtually impossible, unless your Warren Buffet, to nail their lying asses to the wall.
I guess the Attorney General of the UNITED STATES is to busy trying to plug Wiki's leaks to actually pay attention and do his own job.
AMERICA IT'S TIME TO ASK
WHAT THE HELL HAS BENNIE DONE FOR YOU LATELY!
Under the radar I'm sure The Fed would like this to stay..... no dice jackasses.
The Fed proposal would change all that. Citing concern over banks’ compliance costs, it would require a borrower to pay off the remaining principal before the lender gives up its security interest. That would be clearly impossible for troubled borrowers. So the Fed’s proposal would benefit the creditor who violated the law rather than the borrower, paving the way for foreclosures that otherwise could be avoided.
In short, what this means is that if the bank violated black-letter law in making a loan to you the change would require you to pay off the entire principal before you could assert your rights and remedies.
This is like requiring someone who was robbed to somehow come up with the money to repay the owner of the property that was stolen before the robber can be held to account for his criminal act.
Yeah.
No wonder The Fed doesn't want this one out in the public eye.
Sorry BerScrewTheCommonMan - now there's 300,000+ people who know about it.

First, some background: The Truth in Lending Act from 1968 gives borrowers the “right of rescission,” the ability to undo a home refinancing or home equity loan within three years of the closing if the lender did not make proper disclosures — generally of the loan amount, interest rate and repayment terms. The law makes allowances for mere mistakes by the lender, but otherwise requires strict compliance, as well it should: disclosure is the main — often the only — consumer protection in the mortgage market....

Mark Ruffalo on terror advisory list
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/dailydish/detail?entry_id=77671#loopbegin
Because THIS is the way they roll!
What exactly has Mark done to have gained this type of scutinization?
In a word....Nothing.
Make no mistake that his placement on the watch list was an error, because it was not.
He is displaying the exact type of leadership qualities that the NAZI's had eliminated first.
That of independant thinker, with the awareness to inform.
It's time for Homeland Security to hit the skids.
It's a useless entity that was only formed to contol, and what it was formed to control is YOU!
All brought to you by Corporate America, who makes big bucks off of the enforcement of that control.
Think about it!
Actor Mark Ruffalo has been placed on a terror advisory list by U.S. officials after organizing screenings for a new documentary about natural gas drilling.
The "Zodiac" actor arranged showings for "GasLand" earlier this year and voiced his concerns about the practice in relation to the national water supplies

Portland Mayor, Police Chief discuss return to Joint Terrorism Task Force
http://www.legitgov.org/Portland-Mayor-Police-Chief-discuss-return-Joint-Terrorism-Task-Force
What's that smell?
Take a big wiff
It has all the makings of a fake fart to me
How convienent for Portland, that MO should decide to take up the cause of jihadary now,
Damned if it wasn't just in time to help in making that crucial decision for Portland to rejoin the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
I mean hell if they had been participating in the Terrorism Task force maybe the Mayor might have known there was a situation before the arrest was made.
Right......
Read the second link kids this story stinks to high heaven.
Made the TSA look neccasary again didn't it?
NOT!
Motive for Portland false flag revealed: Portland Mayor Sam Adams, Police Chief Mike Reese discuss return to Joint Terrorism Task Force 27 Nov 2010 Portland Mayor Sam Adams and Police Chief Mike Reese have discussed for months whether Portland should rejoin the Joint Terrorism Task Force, a multi-agency group that investigated Friday's failed plot to set off a bomb downtown. Five years ago, Portland became the first city in the nation to withdraw from the FBI-led task force. In April 2005, the City Council voted 4-1 to withdraw its two police officers from the federal task force. Then-Mayor Tom Potter cited the potential for trespasses against civil liberties and an inability to oversee Portland officers who would be deputized as federal agents... Adams did not know about the plot to detonate a bomb at the tree lighting at Pioneer Courthouse Square until after Mohamed Osman Mohamud's arrest Friday night. [Right, they purposely kept him in the dark, to exert pressure on Portland to rejoin the JTTF.]
Portland suspect: typical teen, dedicated jihadist?

Friends called him "Mo," and one remembered him as the "class clown." He drank beer, followed the Portland Trail Blazers, and liked hip-hop music. He sometimes worshipped at a local Muslim center but wasn't devout.

It's time to make up your mind: Who is cowing Americans into submission, terrorists or the TSA Gestapo?
http://www.rense.com/general92/post.htm
So now your a terror suspect just because you don't want to be intimately felt up by a TSA stooge.
And with the Patriot Act still in force, you have no legal rights to counsel and they can hold you indefinitely, without notification to your family.
You can just actually just cease to exist.
Don't think that scenario won't happen either.
The question is how long will it be before there is a public understanding, that it actually is happening.
Think about it!
Make up your own mind. What terrifies you the most. Terrorists, who in all likelihood you will never encounter in your lifetime, or the TSA that you will encounter every time you fly and soon, according to Pistole, every time you take a train, a subway, or drive in a car or truck?
Before making up your mind, consider this report from antiwar.com on November 19: "TSA officials say that anyone refusing both the full body scanners and the enhanced pat down procedures will be taken into custody. Once there the detainees will not only be barred from flying, but will be held indefinitely as suspected terrorists . . . One sheriff,s office said they were already preparing to handle a large number of detainees and plan to treat them as terror suspects.

Elizabeth Warren was the first to recognize HR-3808 for what it was.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/11/24/elizabeth-warren-calendar_n_788120.html
Thank you Elizabeth, the American People are grateful to have you looking out for us, in a time when it seems that no one else is.
The decisive way in which she labored behind the scenes to stymie a bill that would have eased requirements for documentation in the foreclosure process underscores how her arrival has altered the administration's relationship with major banks.
The bill, which passed both houses of Congress and awaited President Obama's signature to become law, essentially would have compelled notaries to accept out-of-state notarizations, regardless of the rules in those states.
State officials across the country--who have been pursuing probes looking into wrongdoing within the foreclosure process-- feared that those jurisdictions with lax standards could have become hotbeds for foreclosure documentation fraud. Lenders and mortgage companies could have used those states as central clearing houses to produce bogus foreclosure paperwork, and then export those documents to other states with more stringent regulations--an expedient bypass around the strictures.

The Hammer comes down: DeLay convicted
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1110/45594.html
If Tom Delay can be convicted of money laundering, then it's time "WE" demand Wells Fargo is held to the same standards.
Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) was convicted late Wednesday in a state money laundering case, the latest stunning development in years-long battle over his role in the 2002 Lone Star State legislative races.
DeLay was found guilty on charges of money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. DeLay, who was forced to step down as majority leader in 2005 after he was indicted on the state charges, has long denied any wrongdoing.

Bobby Jindal: Make Congress part-time
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1110/45572.html
The reality of the United States federal deficit makes this idea one for serious consideration. Rather than pay them to stay out of Washington, lets just cut their pay as well as their benefits to a part time position, and the time they do need to be in session, should only be used for the most serious of considerations.
Lobbyist should be against the law period. The dominance of their bought positions, has ruined everything this nation stands for.
It's time for a change to put this nation back on an even footing, and Governor Jindal's proposal does just that.
Louisiana Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal wants members of Congress to stay home more often.
“We used to pay farmers not to grow crops, let's pay congressmen to stay out of Washington, D.C.,” Jindal said in an interview with Human Events. “Mark Twain said that our liberty, our wallets were safest when the legislature's not in session.”
Jindal, himself a former congressman, said once elected, many lawmakers become entrenched in Washington and become the very people they once campaigned against

Fear pays, Chertoff cashing in.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/11/23/fear_pays_chertoff_n_787711.html
Chertoff seems to have every angle covered that there can possibly be some money made from.
After last month's plot to send bombs from Yemen to the United States aboard a cargo plane, former U.S. Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff's whiskerless visage was ubiquitous on cable news. Solemnly warning that the nation needed stronger security procedures, Chertoff patiently repeated his talking points on ABC News's "World News Tonight", "Fox and Friends", CNBC's "Squawk Box" and Bloomberg TV.
Almost unmentioned in these appearances: Chertoff has a lot to gain financially if some of these measures are adopted. Between his private consulting firm, The Chertoff Group, and seats on the boards of giant defense and security firms, he sits at the heart of the giant security nexus created in the wake of 9/11, in effect creating a shadow homeland security agency. Chertoff launched his firm just days after President Barack Obama took office, eventually recruiting at least 11 top officials from the Department of Homeland Security

US considers ending invasive airport security checks
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/8151940/US-considers-ending-invasive-airport-security-checks.html
Don't accept what Pistole is saying. He doesn't know when or what will change only that they are reviewing it.
Do not give away your greatest opportunity to get rid of this invasive garbage all together.
Look what the cops say to the TSA about Matt Kernan.
He didn't have to get searched to come into the country.
Homeland Security's TSA has just been made a very expensive joke!
As well as a violation of your civil rights!
If you subject yourself to it, remember demand they change their gloves.
He urged travellers not to heed calls for a boycott tomorrow of the new Advanced Imaging Technology machines, which have so far been introduced at about 20 per cent of the country's 2,100 airport security lanes, arguing it would cause unnecessary disruption for other travellers.
The day before the annual Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday traditionally sees the highest volume of passengers in a single day, while 24 million people are expected to fly over the extended holiday period.
Mr Pistole however refused to indicate what changes would be made and when. He reminded Americans that the new measures had been introduced in response to the failed attack on a passenger jet bound for Detroit by the "underwear bomber" last Christmas Day.

'We walk over to the staff entrance and he scans his badge to let me through. We walk down the long hallway that led back to the baggage claim area. We skip the escalators and moving walkways.'
He was then waved away by annoyed officers and said: 'In order to enter the US, I was never touched, I was never “Backscatted,” and I was never metal detected.
'In the end, it took 2.5 hours, but I proved that it is possible. I’m looking forward to my next flight on Wednesday.'

URBANDALE, Iowa—In two squat, suburban office-park buildings here, Richard Barrent is digging through loan files that could help decide who pays for the mortgage-paperwork debacle.
The former Wells Fargo & Co. quality-assurance manager's two-year-old company is part of a cottage industry of loan detectives obsessed with detecting fraud, misrepresentations and violations of underwriting guidelines. Such discoveries can be used as ammunition to force banks and other lenders to buy back loans from bond insurers, holders of mortgage-backed securities and other customers of forensic loan-review firms.
"There is a growing interest across the board" for such reviews, says Charles Cacici, managing member of Risk Management Group, a Brooklyn, N.Y., company that also scours mortgage files for problems. Competitors include Digital Risk, Clayton Holdings and Allonhill.

Insider's Take on the Insider Trading Scandal
http://www.minyanville.com/businessmarkets/articles/insider-trading-todd-harrison-wall-street/11/23/2010/id/31300
I hear what Todd is saying, BUT and it's a big but to.
The world's taxpayers is continuously having to sign on the dotted line for the repayment responsibility for all the woes of Wall Street.
Do you know how you rid of termites?
You tent the house and fumigate it.
So we either shut the markets down and clean house properly in every nook and cranny or we deal with the riot.
I realise your profession of trade would be on hold, for as long as it takes to flush the fraud, but hey as far as an outsider can see regarding the picture that's come to light, there are no corners and no boundaries of borders, for the entire financial system.
As your so fond of saying, as well as a spiritual lesson of my own, learned long ago,
One must look at both sides of the coin.
Perspective is an interesting thing, as well the many degrees there are of it.
Have you yourself taken sustenance from the taxpayer's table, as an uninvited guest?
The easiest thing in the world to do is say "Wall Street
is evil" and throw every hedge fund under the bus.
I’ve read a lot of news reports overnight and virtually every one of them adopted the same populist cry. I even saw Inspector Kemp interviewed on this topic, where he said, and I quote, “A riot is an ungly thing... undt, I tink, that it is chust about time ve had vun!”
Earth to Matilda -- not all hedge funds are evil. The majority of the industry is comprised of good people making honest livings, or at least they were considered honest when free market capitalism had a positive connotation.
Don’t get me wrong; if someone crossed a legal line, throw the book at them and demand restitution but let's not try the industry in the court of public opinion and assume they’re all criminals. That's misplaced anger and endemic of a broader shift in social mood

What Karl forgot to tell you, was that this waste of crap and invasion of your civil rights is, a decision that the Department of Home Land Security is responsible for.
And if you're wondering if these "full-body scanners" will actually prevent someone from blowing up a plane, here's all the evidence you need that this technology is worthless to stop terrorists.
Oh yeah, he also demonstrates what you can do with the material he smuggles through. Good thing he's outside - and not in an airport. Remember in the last part of the demonstration that everything he used was brought through the so-called "security" and not detected.

People, people, people, this is disgusting as well as unconscionable.
It can't be touted by more than one government agency and then just totally ignored by the TSA.
It's a god damned HEALTH violation! Not only is the crotch down there so is the anus.
Common sense says it's mandatory to change gloves have each individuals exposure.
I think I'm going to be absolutely sick from the stupidity!
Where the hell is the W.H.O. (World Health Organization) or the god damned Surgeon General?
We should have heard from them long ago on this infraction.
All these position that as taxpayer "WE" pay for and some how "THEY" forget to do the job "WE" pay them for.
And this is a WORLD WIDE occurrence!

Martha Donahue in a commentary at Resistnet said she'd spent 30 years in the medical industry.
"For those of you who fly and opt for the 'pat down,' you need to demand the TSA thugs change their gloves. I've been watching on the news how they operate. People are being searched [with] dirty gloves ... gloves that have been in crotches, armpits, touching people who may be ill, people who pick their noses. Do you want those gloves touching you?
"These thugs are protecting themselves from you. You need to be protected from them," she wrote. "In a hospital, nursing home, in-home care, or even labs, that would never even be considered an option."
ABC reported one of its news employees documented how a TSA worker reached inside her underwear.
"The woman who checked me reached her hands inside my underwear and felt her way around," the ABC employee said in the network's report. "It was basically worse than going to the gynecologist. It was embarrassing. It was demeaning. It was inappropriate."
Asked today about the possibility of contamination being spread from one passenger to another on the gloves of TSA agents, a spokesman for the CDC bailed.
"Please contact the Dept of Homeland Security and/or TSA on this issue," the spokesman told WND.
But in its online writings, the CDC repeatedly makes clear the importance of maintaining clean hands to avoid such transmission of communicable and contagious afflictions.

Goldman In Insider Trading Probe?
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/matt-taibbi/blogs/TaibbiData_May2010/236328/83512
Me thinks it's time to shut the market down and do a major anal probe.
Does the FBI mean it will be prison time instead of the customary charitable contribution to the SEC?
One can only hope so!
News leaked out today that the feds will soon be herding a whole pen full of Wall Street firms into court on insider trading charges, including, reportedly, our old friends Goldman, Sachs.
The basic charge here is that investment banks and other firms were leaking insider info about things like mergers to closely-allied hedge funds, who in turn placed the requisite bets on or against the companies in question.
The most interesting detail in the WSJ piece, to me, was a bit about an email sent by one John Kinnucan, a principal at an Oregon-based company called Broadband Research, to a number of his clients. The email reads, in part, as follows:
"Today two fresh faced eager beavers from the FBI

Why Congress Isn't So Concerned With TSA Nude Scans & Gropes: They Get To Skip Them
http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20101119/14485711948/why-congress-isnt-so-concerned-with-tsa-nude-scans-gropes-they-get-to-skip-them.shtml#comments
Hat tip to Tecdirt for this little ditty.
It would seem that Congress is exempt from the bullshit that the TSA puts the rest of us through.
What the hell is up with that?
Another little perk of the job?
Insider trading info and a bodacious retirement and insurance package, trips around the world with family and friends paid for by you the taxpayer seems to be only the beginning of what these Lords of Louse are allowed.
And Hillary avoids them if she can?
Or is it more like because she can?
Earlier this week, in holding a hearing with the head of the TSA, our congressional representatives didn't seem too concerned about the public complaints about TSA security procedures: the naked scans and the gropings. Want to know why? Perhaps it's because, on the rare occasions that they fly commercial, they get to skip security. The NY Times notes that Speaker of the House John Boehner (who does regularly fly commercial) got to walk right by security and go directly to the gate. In defending this, Michael Steel, head of the Republican party pointed out that this is true of all Congressional leaders -- which doesn't make it any better.

Rothschild Bank AND Goldman Sachs Are Both On The LIST Of Bondholders Getting U.S. Taxpayer Billions In Irish Bailout

Check out who is on the list, it will make you puke.
Enough is enough.
Bonds fail that's life, the taxpayers of every nation are not the banks payers of last resort!
I think we're all quite sick of picking up their tab.
U.S. taxpayers finance approximately 20% of the IMF's budget.
Guess what, Ireland. Brian Lenihan and Brian Cowen just sold you down the IMF river. Why? To bail out bank bondholders and giant European banks. Of course! That's what governments are for these days, apparently. And they'll tell you that the bailout policy is all for you own good. And for little old ladies and pensioners and orphans. Just don't tell that to the cancer patients.
Yep, another nation made IMF debt slaves on behalf of the international banking cartels. And Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Compagnie are on the list.
Check it out below -- Guido Fawkes' blog has acquired the list of Anglo-Irish Bank's bondholders.

From Guido Fawke...
Anglo-Irish Bank did not represent a systemic risk to the Irish economy, it wasn’t a high street bank like AIB or the Bank of Ireland. If it had been allowed to go the way of Lehmans the only losers would have been shareholders and bondholders. The Irish state stepped in and nationalised a bank that was basically run by crooks lending to property speculators.
•The Irish people are taking losses that should rightly have been shouldered by bondholders.
Every child in Ireland is being bequeathed a huge debt at birth to protect the interests of foreign, mainly German, bondholders – why? Guido was once a bond trader, it was always understood that sometimes the bond issuer defaults.
•That is the risk investors take.
So why is Dublin’s political establishment so keen to protect foreign investors at the expense of future generations? Guido has obtained the list of foreign Anglo-Irish bondholders as at the close of business tonight. These are the people whom Dublin’s politicians really seem to care about:

A former foreign policy chief for the largest Israeli lobby in the US is threatening to provide evidence members of the organization regularly trafficked in classified US government information.
The claim comes in the midst of an increasingly ugly lawsuit in which parties have alleged or admitted to mass viewing of pornography among senior staffers at AIPAC as well as extra-marital affairs.

Random Murder Or An Organized Hit?

Is Karl on to something here? My opinion is yes he is,
And it's only just begun.
When people have no other recourse and have enough money this is the logical outcome.
I'm personally surprised that we haven't seen it sooner or perhaps we have on a smaller scale

A valid question, I believe....
The shooting was not random, police have concluded. Investigators have spent the day interviewing friends, family and business associates hoping to develop a motive for the killing. So far, they have none.
....
Davidson, who lives in Los Angeles, said the Sneidermans relocated to Atlanta about a decade ago. Rusty Sneiderman served as chief operating officer for Innovia Group and then as a financial consultant for the Atlanta division of JP Morgan Chase & Co. Private Bank, where, according to Davidson, he advised "high-end" clients with large estates.
What happened here?
If the police do not believe this was a random shooting, then the gunman had a reason to attack this individual. What was the reason?
Let's step back a moment.
Recall that virtually every day in America there are shootings by gang members over drug sale boundaries and other similar incidents. Someone gets "screwed" in a drug deal, and pulls out a gun. There's a dispute over who "owns" the street corner a pair of pimps want to use to parade their "wares", and someone pulls out a gun.
Why do they pull out guns?
Because they can't call the cops or file a lawsuit.

GOP Ranks Fray on Vote to Raise Debt Limit .

Oh horrors it might upset the market if "WE" don't borrow more.
Yo Congress, fuck your war "WE" can't afford them anymore,i-pads and all.
Lets see the cut outs so that we can reasonable discuss how much that limit really needs to be be raised!
First of all most of your salary needs to go, your paid way to fucken much.
Homeland Security needs to go, there really is no use fro them the FBI can handle matters just like they always have.
The government is not borrowing anymore it's murdering the future.
It will already have been bled dry by the time "WE" get to it.
House Republican leaders appear to be headed for a clash with some of the chamber's newly elected members on a vote early next year to increase the amount the government can borrow.
Minority Leader John Boehner (R., Ohio), who is set to become House speaker in January, said last week he has been talking to Republican freshmen about the need to raise the federal debt ceiling to meet the country's obligations.
"We're going to have to deal with it as adults," Mr. Boehner said. "Whether we like it or not, the federal government has obligations, and we have obligations on our part."
The government is authorized to borrow $14.3 trillion and is expected to hit that amount within a few months. If the limit is not raised, it could signal to the markets that the U.S. isn't prepared to meet its obligations and send tremors through the financial system.

What have the European countries tied themselves into?

Held without bail for months or years, kind of smacks of the Patriot Act to me.
The paramilitary police force sounds like the SS. Why is there a need for one anyway, when they already have a European CIA? Shouldn't they be able to coordinate with the police individual police depts of each country?
Economically that makes more sense.
A Mail on Sunday investigation has uncovered an alarming array of new EU controls over justice and home affairs for which no one has voted, and most are unknown to the public.
These include:
Europol, the £60 million-a-year European criminal intelligence agency,
whose officers have diplomatic immunity.
An 800-strong paramilitary police force called the European Gendarmerie Force.
The European Arrest Warrant, which now allows British citizens to be seized in the UK and sent without appeal to foreign jails for months or years without bail while awaiting trial.

The piss off part is that only now, is MSM and Congress talking about it, and they still wouldn't be if not for the blogger brigade.
Do you realize what could have happened to this child?
Or for that matter, how do you know it didn't?
His Mother doesn't! And neither do we, because we know who the TSA employs,
Child molesters and rapists.
They don't screen their own but they will screen you.
It's time for an all out boycott of flying
If "WE" don't make a stand now, there will be no freedom left to make a stand for!
No, I'm not kidding.

My son was taken from me.
Taken.
My son was taken from me by the TSA agents at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport yesterday.
He was taken away from me and OUT OF MY SIGHT because his pacifier clip went off when I carried him through the metal detector.

Chart of who "owns" the Federal Reserve

Can you see now why you have no jobs in this country

Staff Report, Committee on Banking, Currency & Housing
U.S. House of Representatives, 94th Congress,
2nd session, Aug. 1976, Federal Reserve Directors,
a Study of Corporate & Banking Influence (72 charts)
[Note: these charts have been edited to also show the (privately-held) majority shareholders of Federal Reserve stock. The Federal Reserve, the central bank of the U.S., is not owned by the U.S. Government; in 1913 it was Federally mandated by Congress to exist, but is a privately-owned bank, owned by private bankers.]
In his Foreword to the study, Chairman Henry S. Reuss, (D-Wis) wrote: "This Committee has observed for many years the influence of private interests over public responsibilities of the Federal Reserve System ... many companies in these tables have multiple interlocks to the Federal Reserve System. First Bank Systems, Southeast Banking Corp., Federated Department Stores, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Proctor & Gamble, Alcoa, Honeywell, Inc., Kennecott Copper, Owens-Corning Fiberglass ... all have two or more director ties to district or branch banks. Federal Reserve directors are representatives of a small elite group that dominates the economic life of this nation."
(commentary by Eustace Mullins) ~ Chart 1 legend ~ the linear connection between the Rothschilds & the Bank of England, & the London banking houses which ultimately control the Federal Reserve Banks through their stockholdings of bank stock & their subsidiary firms in New York. The two principal Rothschild representatives in New York, J. P. Morgan Co., & Kuhn, Loeb & Co. were the firms which set up the Jekyll Island Conference at which the Federal Reserve Act was drafted, who directed the subsequent successful campaign to have the plan enacted into law by Congress, & who purchased the controlling amounts of stock in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1914. These firms had their principal officers appointed to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors & the Federal Advisory Council in 1914.
In 1914 a few families (blood or business related) owning controlling stock in existing banks (such as in New York City) caused those banks to purchase controlling shares in the Federal Reserve regional banks. Examination of the charts & text in House Banking Committee Staff Report, August, 1976 & current stockholders list of 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks ...show this same, family control.
As of 11:05 Tuesday, July 26, 1983, the list of member banks holding Federal Reserve Bank of New York stock includes twenty-seven New York City banks. Listed below are the number of shares held by ten of these banks, amounting to 66% of the total outstanding number of shares, namely 7,005,700:

The tremendous number of shares held today as against the original purchases in 1914 is brought about by Section 5 of the original Federal Reserve Act which called for a member bank to buy and hold stock in the district Federal Reserve Bank equal to 6% of its capital and surplus.
Currently, shares held by five of the above named banks comprise 53% of the total Federal Reserve Bank of New York stock. An examination of the major stockholders of the New York City banks shows clearly that a few families, related by blood marriage, or business interests, still control the New York City banks which, in turn, hold the controlling stock of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
It is notable that three of the banks holding Federal Reserve Bank of New York stock, in the amount of 270,893 shares, are subsidiaries of foreign banks. J. Henry Schroder Bank and Trust is listed by Standard and Poors as a subsidiary of Schroders Ltd. of London. The National Bank of North America is a subsidiary of the National Westminster Bank, one of London's "Big Five". European American Bank is a subsidiary of the European American Bank, Bahamas, LTD. It is interesting to note that the directors of the European American Bank & Trust include Milton F. Rosenthal, president and Chief Operating Officer of the international gold company, Engelhard Minerals and Chemical; Hamilton F. Potter, a partner in Sullivan and Cromwell (J. Henry Schroder Bank & Trust attorneys); Edward H. Tuck, partner of Shearman and Sterling (Citibank's attorneys); F.H. Ulrich and Hans Liebkutsch, managing directors of the giant Midland Bank of London, one of the "Big Five"; and Roger Alloo, Paul-Emmanuel Janssen, and Maurice Laure of the Societe Generale de Banque (Brussels, Belgium). [See Chart III]
This information, derived from the latest issue of the tabulation available from the Board of Governors, Federal Reserve System, is cited as current evidence which indicate controlling stock in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which sets the rate and scale of operations for the entire Federal Reserve System is heavily influenced by banks directly controlled by the Rothschild-controlled Bank of England. From their largest steel and iron plant, to automobile manufacturing equipment, to precision ball-bearings and computers, the majority of the Soviet's large industrial enterprises were built with United States help or technical assistance. Professor Richard Pipes of Harvard said in his book, Survival Is Not Enough: Soviet Realities & America's Future (Simon & Schuster;1984): "In his three-volume detailed account of Soviet Purchases of Western Equipment and Technology ... "Banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks & corporations that will grow up around will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks & restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." ~ President Thomas Jefferson, 1801-1809
"Bankers are a den of vipers. I intend to rout you out & by the Eternal God I will rout you out. If the people only understood the rank injustice of our central bank system, there would be a revolution before morning. If the central bank continues to control our currency, receiving our public monies, & holding thousands of our citizens in dependence, it would be more formidable & dangerous than the naval & military power of the enemy. It is not our own citizens only who are to receive the bounty of our government ... More than 8 million dollars of the stock of this bank are held by foreigners ... Is there no danger to our liberty & independence in a bank that in its nature has so little to bind it to our country? If government would confine itself to equal protection, and, as Heaven does its rains, shower its favor alike on the high & the low, the rich & the poor, it would be an unqualified blessing."
~ President Andrew Jackson, 1829-1837
"Whoever controls the money of a nation, controls that nation & is absolute master of all industry & commerce. When you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation & depression originate."
~ President James Garfield, 1881
"We began planning the Revolutionary War in order to issue our own money again ...and keep King George III and Bank of England from enslaving us with debt, and making Americans their financial slaves. By the time the revolutionary war started, Apr. 19 1775, British taxation had sucked the gold and silver out of the American colonies, to Britain. So, we had to print money to finance the war." ~ Benjamin Franklin, a 'founding father', 1706-1790
"The privilege of creating and issuing money is the supreme prerogative of Government, the Government's greatest creative opportunity. By adoption of these principles, taxpayers are saved immense sums of interest." ~ President Abraham Lincoln, 1861-1866
(Editor's note: In the history of America there have been three attempts to have a privately-owned central bank. The first two failed, after lasting a total of 2-to-3 years, the third one was established in 1913, and has bankrupted America -- as of 2008 we owe the private owners of the Fed nine trillion dollars. Lincoln printed publicly-owned money, called, 'greenbacks'. Kennedy printed publicly-owned money in the form of a two-dollar bill. The following excerpt refers to Lincoln printing publicly-owned (U.S. Government-owned) greenbacks.
"If this mischievous financial policy which has its origin in North American during the late war in that country, shall become endurated down to a fixture, then that Government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off debts and be without debt. It will have all the money necessary to carry on its commerce. It will become prosperous without precedent in the history of the world. The brains, and wealth of all countries will go to North America. That country must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe." ~ Hazard Circular, inserted in 1865 London Times, speaking of Lincoln's 'Greenbacks'.
"Capital must protect itself in every possible manner by combination & legislation. Debts must be collected, bonds & mortgages must be foreclosed as rapidly as possible. When, through a process of law, the common people lose their homes they will become more docile & more easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of government, applied by a central power of wealth under control of leading financiers. This truth is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of Capital to govern the world. By dividing voters through the political party system, we get them to expend energies fighting over questions of no importance. Thus by discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has been so well planned & successfully accomplished. ~Aug. 25, 1924 USA Banker's Magazine

a Study of Corporate & Banking Influence (72 charts)

(commentary by Eustace Mullins) ~ J. Henry Schroder Banking Company chart encompasses the entire history of the Twentieth Century, embracing as it does the program (Belgium Relief Commission) which provisioned Germany from 1915-1918 and dissuaded Germany from seeking peace in 1916; financing Hitler in 1933 so as to make a Second World War possible; backing the Presidential campaign of Herbert Hoover; and even at the present time [Editor's note: mid-'80s], having two of its major executives of its subsidiary firm, Bechtel Corporation serving as Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State in the Reagan Administration.
Sir Gordon Richardson, head of the Bank of England since 1973, Governor of the Bank of England (controlled by the House of Rothschild) was chairman of J. Henry Schroder Wagg & Company of London from 1963-1972, & director of J. Henry Schroder, New York & Schroder Banking Corporation, New York, as well as Lloyd's Bank of London, & Rolls Royce. He maintains a residence on Sutton Place in New York City, & as head of ‘The London Connection', can be said to be the single most influential banker in the world.

If you disagree publicly with the government, your on it.
If your a VET, your on it.
Anti-abortion rally, your on it.
I know I'm on it.
If you're in the market for a car, be prepared to prove you are not a terrorist.
The federal government's Red Flags Rule mandates that auto dealers, banks, credit unions and other "creditors" and "financial institutions" take additional steps to prevent identity theft and fraud, beginning Jan. 1. Included in the list of so-called creditors is your family doctor.
Among those steps is determining whether a person applying for financing - or even paying cash for a car - appears on any government watch lists of known or suspected terrorists or terrorist organizations.

MILITARY ENFORCEMENT OF TSA RULES

A few weeks back an order presented by Homeland Security was signed by Obama, saying the military could do it's thing right here in the United States. It was supposed to be for Cyber Security, but you can see how far they're ready to take it.
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction, with the intention (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) of substantially limiting the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The Act prohibits most members of the federal uniformed services (today the Army, Navy, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order" on non-federal property (states and their counties and municipal divisions) within the United States.
The statute generally prohibits federal military personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress. The Coast Guard is exempt from the Act.

We are no longer living under soft tyranny, we are now living in a Marxist state. They are trying to force the people into a corner and now there has been a report released by John Podesta, the former Cheif of Staff for Clinton who now heads the Center for American Progress (funded by George Soros) issued a report, Podesta explains that Obama can use executive orders, rulemaking, and even the armed forces “to accomplish important change” and that such means “should not be underestimated.”

We are now living in a Marxist state and they are trying to start riots like in Europe so that they can swing in as the saviour and collapse our government.

That's some big brass balls they swinging, and it's time to protest in mass at the airports!
We're not living in Germany's past, those bastards think they're the SS.
It wasn't just the Jews that were intimidated and persecuted in Germany.
Germany's own people were controlled by the government through fear and intimidation as well.
They were also forced to submit!
Lets show them, it AIN"T happening here.
We learned from Germany's experience.
NEVER AGAIN!
"WE" WILL LIVE FREE OR DIE TRYING!
$11,000 fine, arrest possible for some who refuse airport scans and pat downs
If you don't want to pass through an airport scanner that allows security agents to see an image of your naked body or to undergo the alternative, a thorough manual search, you may have to find another way to travel this holiday season.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is warning that any would-be commercial airline passenger who enters an airport checkpoint and then refuses to undergo the method of inspection designated by TSA will not be allowed to fly and also will not be permitted to simply leave the airport.
That person will have to remain on the premises to be questioned by the TSA and possibly by local law enforcement. Anyone refusing faces fines up to $11,000 and possible arrest.

President Obama: Stop Lying (TSA)

What Karl forgot to mention here is that our government was also video taping this man while he lit up his underwear!
Yes that's right, now ask yourself WHY they would do something like that.
From start to finish this was a setup to scare the piss out of you again, so Michael Chertoff (and George Sorros by the way) could make an extra boat load of money off those crappy naked scanners.
Hot damned if it didn't work to.
Homeland Security has gotta go. Who actually needs another procurement officer for the United States, we have enough of those already.
The FBI needs to take back it's rightful place and get rid of the Nazi's that stole it.
America haven't you had enough of being afraid of the boogeyman.
Listen very carefully Mr. President: You're on the wrong side of this.
Obama said he's told the U.S. Transportation Security Administration: "You have to constantly refine and measure whether what we're doing is the only way to assure the American people's safety. And you also have to think through, are there ways of doing it that are less intrusive."
At this point, that agency and counterterrorism experts have told him that the current procedures are the only ones that they think can effectively guard against threats such as last year's attempted Christmas-day bombing. A Nigerian man is accused of trying to set off a bomb hidden in his underwear aboard a flight from Amsterdam with nearly 300 people aboard.
Mr. President. Let's get something clear here.
First: That Nigerian boarded a flight into the US without a passport. He did so because someone from our Government overrode the protocol requiring that he have one, like everyone else. But for that act, which someone in your government took, he couldn't have gotten on the plane.
What Karl forgot to mention here is that our government was also video taping this man while he lit up his underwear!

Timmy Lies Again

Timmy actually thinks he or big Ben has credibility?...For real?
Coz from what I can see no one else does anymore, of course their change of tune might be just a simple case of CYA, which I'm pretty sure it is, due to the fact that a great many of them lined their own pockets off of the crap that Timmy, Hank, and Ben were and have been doing to lead the way back to safety for their bestest buddies at the investment banks.
How does the FED think it's going to create jobs? The only things I can see they're doing by monetizing the debt is
1)Trying to keep their own job,(If nobody buys Gov debt, there's not much left for them to do) as well as holding their bestest buddies heads above water so they don't drown in their own insolvency.
2)By monetizing the Gov debt it keeps all of those defense contractors working,( hey without them how would we be able to participate in the wars)
God knows our Military can't take care of itself anymore, and they even admit it. Which by the way is down right embarrassing, as well as a huge waste of money. It seems to me like it a double dip at this point, one or the other has to go. "WE" can only afford to keep one.
On a personal note I wonder, (because Timmy just shot his mouth off in talking down to the Republicans) how long he will get to keep his title?
You can't call it a job, because he takes no salary from the Treasury position. Which kind of has to make you wonder why the hell the government would allow him to make any decisions at all doesn't it?
It ain't like he works for us and can be held responsible.
Timmy Lies Again
You knew he couldn't keep his mouth shut, right?
U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said the Obama administration would oppose any effort to strip the Federal Reserve of its mandate to pursue full employment and warned Republicans against politicizing the central bank.
“It is very important to keep politics out of monetary policy,” Geithner said in an interview airing on Bloomberg Television’s “Political Capital with Al Hunt” this weekend. “You want to be very careful not to take steps that hurt our credibility.”
You have to have something in order to lose it.

I had no idea.
Listen to this all the way though especially the end.
What case would they need to bring against him?
Why should he have to hire a lawyer for opting out of going on his trip.
The last guy was so intimidating, he was actually treating John, like he'd done something wrong.
What really bugs thee crap out of me, is that 9/11 was only investigated by a Congress.
NO FBI, No Cops, only Congress.
Do you really think that they knew what to look for?
The cover up was to quick, to make sure this kind of crap was the end result.

3 years for a misdemeanor? For failing to file his taxes?
Lets talk the Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner about not paying taxes
The IRS is not a federal institution. It's the FED's collection agency.
Rattner the "car Czar" got let off with a fine and he actually committed a crime WTF.
The 48-year-old star of the "Blade" trilogy and Spike Lee's "Jungle Fever" was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns. He was acquitted of two more serious felony charges

In light of the recent report from the Congressional Oversight Panel regarding mortgage irregularities, we are writing to support the panel’s call for a new round of stress tests to examine stability issues arising from residential mortgages held in securitized pools. Stability issues that have not been included in previous stress tests include liabilities for breaches of representations and warranties in Pooling and Servicing Agreements, liabilities arising from systemic mortgage documentation irregularities, and conflict of interests for servicers affiliated with firms that hold significant portfolios of second liens. We urge the council to recommend that its members conduct specific, thorough reviews of the potential effects of these issues on the risk profiles of the institutions they regulate and also that the Federal Reserve incorporate these potential liabilities into the new round of stress tests it announced earlier this week. We urge that the Financial Stability Oversight Council consider, in light of those stress tests, requiring that some financial companies divest affiliates involved in servicing securitized mortgages.
Someone paid attention in the hearings the last couple of days, eh?
First, we urge that the members

I wondered how that worked.
My own home was taken 2 years ago.
Did the HOPE...da da da, same story no go after alot of lost paperwork.
I only owed 216 thousand but by the time JP Morgan Chase got done, I owed 274 thousand. Nice kick back they got from the government there I'd say.
Yes my home did have at the very least another 50 thousand in equity.
What a bunch of rotten bastards.
The worst part of it is, it wasn't even theirs to do that with.
And "WE" the taxpayers got stuck with the extra kickback bill.

When I asked what it was, they said the investor who owned the load would come out ahead financially if we were to default. We have too much equity. With this much equity, if we were to default the servicing company and investor would milk enough fees to absorb the equity - in other words get it in their hands and not ours. I’m not for bigger government, but something has to be done to make owning a home once again a part of the American dream.

I think it's a massive case of CYA.
Why does the Defense Dept need to be hooked up to the Internet?
My mother ran every county tax there was for years and kept every record a county would keep on a computer, without ever being hooked to the Internet.
It's not the necessity that they want you to believe it is.
There was computer life well before the Internet!
This is about the net control issue.
Look what has happened with the TSA, people banded and gained together through the internet,
For the control issue that's a big time no no!
A federal grand jury has indicted a Malaysian citizen for allegedly hacking into a computer network at the Federal Reserve Bank and stealing more than 400,000 credit and debit card numbers. Federal prosecutors also allege Lin Mun Poo, 32, made a career of compromising systems at financial institutions, major corporations and defense contractors. They say he sold or traded the information he found. Also according to the Justice Department, "in approximately August 2010, he hacked into the computer system of a Department of Defense contractor that provides systems management for military transport and other military operations, potentially compromising highly sensitive military logistics information." Poo was arrested when he traveled to the U.S. in October. If convicted of the most serious charges, he faces up to 10 years in prison.

Airports consider congressman's call to ditch TSA
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Airports-consider-apf-988435765.html?x=0&sec=topStories&pos=main&asset=&ccode=
It doesn't matter if it's TSA or private as long as the same TSA rules are going to apply!
FUCK FLYING!
The invasion of privacy is no longer worth the harassment to do it.
The passenger oriented security measures are a massive bunch of bogus bullshit. Between the skycaps and the non cargo security no matter how many people the airports screen your still not safe and the odds are your never going to be.
This is not a solution, it's just a substitution with the same purpose of style.
They heard your voice America, don't waste it by the compromising of nothing.
The name change doesn't take out the power trip.
Think about it.
In a climate of Internet campaigns to shun airport pat-downs and veteran pilots suing over their treatment by government screeners, some airports are considering another way to show dissatisfaction: Ditching TSA agents altogether.
Federal law allows airports to opt for screeners from the private sector instead. The push is being led by a powerful Florida congressman who's a longtime critic of the Transportation Security Administration and counts among his campaign contributors some of the companies who might take the TSA's place.
Private contractors are not a cure-all for passengers aggrieved about taking off their shoes for security checks, passing through full-body scanners or getting hand-frisked. For example, contractors must follow all TSA-mandated security procedures, including hand patdowns when necessary.

Ex-auto czar paying $6.2M in SEC settlement
http://www.postandcourier.com/news/2010/nov/18/ex-auto-czar-paying-62m-sec-settlement/
The justice of White collar crime.
What a god damn joke.
Note that Obama chooses him to be "czar", corruption makes for good political positioning.
And one more time the SEC takes a payoff with no guilt admitted.
Well I guess they have to do that or there wouldn't be to many left to work the wiles of Wall Street.
The Obama administration’s former auto czar agreed Thursday to pay $6.2 million to settle civil charges over his role in an influence-peddling scandal involving New York state’s public pension fund.
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the settlement with investment banker Steven Rattner. As part of the settlement, Rattner will also be barred for at least two years from working in the securities industry.
The SEC alleged that Rattner and his private-equity firm Quadrangle Group provided kickbacks, political favors and personal benefits in 2004-05 to get access to business from the state’s $125 billion pension fund.
Rattner neither admitted nor denied the charges that were filed in a federal court in Manhattan. But he agreed not to violate the securities laws in the future

HR 3808 Veto Upheld
HR 3808 went down.
Most Democrats voted to uphold Obama’s veto. Nearly all Republicans voted to override Obama’s veto.
I’m somewhat surprised at the roll call, I hadn’t expected the Republicans to so overtly take this position.
Congratulations to everyone who called their congress members to demand that this blatant attempt to legalize mortgage fraud be defeated.
Here's the roll call on the vote (and see this).

God forbid the defence contractors not have the authorization to use the open credit card to buy some more badly needed defense weapons.
How smart is it to use i-pads out in the sand? But it was sold as the latest and greatest must have for any war.
Political upheaval in Washington has upended the Pentagon's traditional budget cycle, creating serious uncertainty for the military and the defense industry.
At issue is passage of two bills that set spending priorities for the Pentagon: the national defense authorization act and the defense appropriations bill. In an unusual turn of events, neither bill has been passed for the new fiscal year, which began Oct. 1.
Legislators returning to Washington for a "lame duck" session following the Nov. 2 elections have a dwindling number of days to pass the bills, and defense contractors are worried that delays could potentially imperil some weapons-buying programs.

Financial Crisis Panel Delays Report on Crash Amid Republican Opposition
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-11-17/financial-crisis-commission-delays-report-to-obama-congress-until-january.html
The SEC needs to go. Had they actually been doing their job, the FCIC would have not been necessary.
The former chief account for the SEC, thinks the FCIC is a waste of money, what does that tell you kids?
Collusion with the banks!
To much dirty laundry has been laid out for all the world to see, for the idea of the FCIC to be a waste of money.
What I personally hope doesn't happen is the burying of the body parts under the brunt of to much bogus bullshit like was done in the 9/11 commission report.
It's time for the "oligarchs" to live up to and take credit for their personal obligations in the financial meltdown of this country.
Congress created the FCIC to investigate the causes of the 2008 financial crisis, which triggered the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and led to U.S. bailouts for companies such as American International Group Inc. The panel, which has heard testimony from executives including billionaire Warren Buffett and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Blankfein, has been beset by partisan disputes and staff departures throughout its 15-month existence.
‘Waste of Money’
“This has been a waste of money from the get-go,” said Lynn Turner, a former chief accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Turner said he doubts the report “will really go out and nail anyone to the wall, so it likely doesn’t matter if it doesn’t come out until after hell has frozen over.”

And there's the beef in all of it's ponzi glory.
And I'm sure the "deep pocket" people don't want to you to see that either.
America the "deep pocket" people have made the "rule of law" in the United States a joke.
I believe it's time to show them just how seriously the rest of us take it.
Having money does not mean your above the law, or can buy the law, inconvenient or not.
Of particular note is that as far as I can tell there has not yet been one case where a court hearing a foreclosure has forced a claimant to produce actual proof of proper transfer.
However, this is not true in the case of bankruptcies. There are multiple bankuptcy cases now winding their way through the courts, and in at least some of them (where the debtor/homeowner is trying to avoid some of their mortgage indebtness) Judges are demanding strict proof that the claiming party for the debt actually owns the paper, including a proper chain of transfers.
In one pending case there have been four separate attempts to dodge production of the paperwork. One of the arguments raised by certain commentators is that it's "inconvenient" (that is, the document is actually in the custodian's vault, but it would cost something to go get and produce it.) Given that the charge for that service is usually around $30-50, this seems to be a convenient lie when one instead prepares four separate pleadings trying to avoid that production - the legal costs alone of such preparation have to reach well into four figures.
Mr. Levitin continues:
While the chain of title issue has arisen first in foreclosure defense cases, it also has profound implications for MBS investors. If the notes and mortgages were not properly transferred to the trusts, then the mortgage-backed securities that the investors’ purchased were in fact non-mortgage-backed securities. In such a case, investors would have a claim for the rescission of the MBS,79 meaning that the securitization would be unwound, with investors receiving back their original payments at par (possibly with interest at the judgment rate). Rescission would mean that the securitization sponsor would have the notes and mortgages on its books, meaning that the losses on the loans would be the securitization sponsor’s, not the MBS investors, and that the securitization sponsor would have to have risk-weighted capital for the mortgages. If this problem exists on a wide-scale, there is not the capital in the financial system to pay for the rescission claims; the rescission claims would be in the trillions of dollars, making the major banking institutions in the United States would be insolvent.
Ding!
Now we understand why banks would spend thousands of dollars in Bankruptcy courts doing their damndest to avoid having to produce that which they do not have.
The claims that people often make that this is a "nothingburger" and can be fixed retroactively do not hold up. As Mr. Levitin explains

The claims that people often make that this is a "nothingburger" and can be fixed retroactively do not hold up. As Mr. Levitin explains

The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission's report delayed until January
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/11/17/fcic-delays-report-angelides-powerful-interests_n_785205.html
Oh now, what up with the Republicans? It looks as though they actually don't want the truth to come out. I wonder why?
Collusion perhaps!
The bipartisan panel created to investigate the roots of the financial crisis voted Wednesday to delay the Dec. 15 publication of their report despite Republican opposition, foreshadowing disagreements that are sure to arise when the commission attempts to reach a consensus on the causes of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
The crisis commission is also looking into the matter, said Phil Angelides, the panel's Democratic chairman. The Republicans on the panel are resisting further inquiries, according to people familiar with the matter. Angelides said in an interview that "there are very powerful interests" seeking to undermine the panel's investigation.
"People who have trillions of dollars at stake who have been watching our efforts closely," Angelides said. "There have been efforts throughout the year to undermine me and my fellow commissioners."

People it's time to call a halt to Homeland Security. "WE" as a nation cannot afford it, nor should "WE" continue to tolerate it.
Just exactly why was the Patriot act extended again by Obama?
The answer would be so that the government could still legally keep tabs on you as well as your phone company.
And Israel is making out like a big dog with all of these extra security opportunities. They train your sheriffs and cops all under the guise of terrorism and in the effectual end, they themselves have become the terrorists.
Another thing you might want to ask yourself is how "WE" can have people in political positions that have sworn to put Israel above all else.
Now that's just getting fuckin freaky!
Google it, it's there! And there is no excuse for it
It's called TREASON.
"WE" are the United States of America,
Not Israel
"November 13, 2010 "Salon" - - Soon-to-be GOP House Majority Leader Eric Cantor met on Wednesday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu -- the same day when the actual U.S. Secretary of State met with Netanyahu -- and vowed that he and his GOP colleagues would protect and defend Israeli interests against his own Government.
According to a statement proudly issued by Cantor's own office:
Regarding the midterms, Cantor may have given Netanyahu some reason to stand firm against the American administration.
"TSA officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity said the agency is expanding training for a limited group of screeners at other airports in preparation for the holiday travel season. Those airports serve Los Angeles , Miami , Dallas-Fort Worth, Cincinnati , New York , Houston , Detroit and Chicago . TSA spokeswoman Yolanda Clark said the techniques include taking notice of high levels of stress, anxiety or deception. 'This is a part of a larger effort to add more complex layers of security that cannot be manipulated by those seeking to do us harm,' Clark said."
Imagine showing up at the airport and being handed a little device a bracelet that will serve as your boarding pass; it would track your lost luggage, and it would also shock you with the same power as a Taser if you 'get outta line.' A top official with the Department of Homeland Security (name not provided) has expressed interest in these so-called "safety bracelets" So is this really the future of Air Travel?

It's Not Just About Flying! By Jim Kirwan

Yeah kids "WE" got a big problem.
You only think the "pat-down" at the airport is bad, what are you going to do when Viper has them placed in every government building there is?
Paying your property tax or a ticket are in the realm of the everyday.
How long will it be before schools require it as a prerequisite to government funding?
Seriously
Think about it!
That is where we are today; but here's the kicker. Firstly TSA is expanding into VIPER which will take their road-show to the bus terminals and train stations of America and that will end freedom of movement throughout the nation. But there's the part that few have actually noticed. Up until now these procedures have only been publicly used at the airports and at a few bus terminals: But the plan is to use them at all government offices as well. That might sound tame but think about that for one silent minute! That means that every time you have to go to court, to the police station or the tax office you will be subjected to Chertoff's-Curse and in most of those cases there will be NO ALTERNATIVE to the scanner and the pat-down; because if you do not appear at the government office-then guess what-It's jail or worse

Senate foreclosure hearings.
This is a must see.
I think it's also a must send, to everyone on the Washington DC phone tree.
Obama, Geithner, and Bernanke should also be sent this clip as well.
Perhaps then, they would come to understand the jig is up and "WE" won't tolerate their lack of action any longer or their collusion in trying to keep a lid on the most heinous crime that has ever been committed against this country.
If they don't prosecute they are helping to loot, and it's time to nail them for their crime.

Airport security and the real bullshit joke it is
http://www.wsvn.com/news/articles/local/21002771181458/
This just proves no amount of security is going to keep you any safer,
how easy would it be for a bomb to be waived right on though.
Talk about a hole in the safety net.
Meanwhile, the TSA is sexually molesting people legally.
How much of a joke has all this extra security become at this point?
Skycaps arrested for endangering flights
MIAMI (WSVN) -- Police have arrested several airport skycaps working out of Miami International Airport accused of taking passengers for a ride and endangering everyone in the air.
The skycaps are pocketing cash from passengers while under reporting the amount of luggage loaded onto American Airline flights at MIA.
Miami-Dade Police said though some skycaps would charge for all the luggage passengers would check in, in the system. Then, they would waive some of these pieces and pocket the difference in the cash passengers paid.

First cholera case in Florida found in Naples area
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/health/fl-hk-cholera-dengue-fever-update-20101117,0,7409105.story
Well you knew it had to happen. I'm surprised it took this long.
A Naples-area woman has been confirmed as the first Floridian to contract cholera after visiting Haiti, and other potential cases in other areas also are being tested, state health officials said Wednesday.
But Department of Health doctors said the woman's infection poses virtually no risk to the public in Florida because U.S. sewer and water systems eliminate the bacteria from drinking water, which is primarily how it spreads.
"We don't anticipate we will see any transmission as a result of exposure in Haiti in Florida or anywhere else in the U.S. … because our water and sanitiation system minimizes the risk," said Dr. Thomas Torok, a disease investigator with the health department.
The only real risk to Floridians would occur if they had direct contact with bodily fluids from an infected person, including if the patient worked in a job with public contact, cholera experts said.

The rich just get richer and subject you to "Terror Control"
Despite a long and deep recession, the collective personal wealth of congressional members increased by more than 16 percent between 2008 and 2009, according to a study released Wednesday by the Center for Responsive Politics.
The study—based on federal financial disclosure data released earlier this year—also found that more than half of all members—261—were millionaires.
“Congressional representatives on balance rank among the wealthiest of wealthy Americans and boast financial portfolios that are all but unattainable for most of their constituents," said Sheila Krumholz, the Center's executive director.

Memories are for ever.
It was the Tweet heard 'round the L.A. food world.
Noted Los Angeles food stylist Adam C. Pearson was settling into his seat aboard a Delta flight Saturday morning when the flight attendant tapped him on the shoulder and asked him to come to the front of the plane. His first thought? "I'm getting an upgrade!"
Not exactly.
Pearson was temporarily asked to step off the plane and learned that another passenger had reported him for suspicious behavior, and noted that he had the words "Atom Bomb" tattooed across his fingers. Questioned by the captain and the flight attendant, Pearson explained that the tattoos referred to a childhood nickname

TSA hit with lawsuits as revolt explodes
http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-hit-with-lawsuits-as-revolt-explodes.html
This is how controled our country has become.
FUCK FLYING!
If your allowing yourself to be subject to this, there is no limit to the amount of abuse you will take.
No amount of "Terror Control" is worth this bullshit!
The TSA has been hit with a number of lawsuits as the revolt against Big Sis, naked body scanners, and invasive groping measures explodes, with one case involving a woman who had her blouse pulled down in full public view by TSA goons who then proceeded to laugh and joke about her exposed breasts.
Nationwide outrage against the TSA is not only bringing to light new cases of airport abuse, it’s throwing fresh attention on previous incidents that have been going on for years.
One of the most disturbing, which is subject to an ongoing lawsuit, involved a 21-year-old college student from Amarillo Texas. The woman was passing through security at Corpus Christi airport on May 29 2008 when she was subjected to “extended search procedures” by the TSA.

Only in America folks.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. is conducting about 50 criminal investigations of former executives, directors and employees at U.S. banks that have failed since the start of the financial crisis.
In an interview, Fred W. Gibson, deputy inspector general at the FDIC, which works with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate crime at financial institutions, said the probes involve failed banks of all sizes in cities across the U.S. The FDIC is also ramping up civil claims to recover money from former bankers at busted lenders. He declined to identify any of the people or banks under investigation.

The slime that calls itself your public representatives are trying to pull a fast one on you kids.

U.S. Pursues Wider Role in Yemen

It's time for the taxpayers to now fund Yemen in the "War on Terror"
OMG, they have al Qaeda. The question at this point is who doesn't?
al Qaeda seems to be as virulent as NYC's bedbug infestation.
There is just no getting rid of them and they're spreading or at least that's what our government would have us believe.
The U.S. is preparing for an expanded campaign against al Qaeda in Yemen, mobilizing military and intelligence resources to enable Yemeni and American strikes and drawing up a longer-term proposal to establish Yemeni bases in remote areas where militants operate.
The developments are part of a U.S. scramble to step up the hunt for members of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, the terrorist organization behind a recent failed attempt to blow up two planes over the U.S. using bombs hidden in cargo.
Limited U.S. intelligence experience in Yemen has created "a window of vulnerability" that the U.S. government is "working fast to address," a senior Obama administration official said

A Look From The Florida "Rocket-Docket" Frontlines: "One Foreclosure Every Two Minutes"
http://www.zerohedge.com/article/look-florida-rocket-docket-frontlines-one-foreclosure-every-two-minutes
Perhaps it's time for the Florida Attorney General to point out, where all that fraud is, that those "Retired Judges" can't see.
And perhaps it's time to check into the pockets or portfolios if you prefer of those "Retired Judges"
These special foreclosure courts though, have become highly controversial, with critics dubbing them “rocket dockets,” and claiming judges are rushing through cases, unfairly favoring banks over homeowners. For once, we get the judges' side, which is rather hilarious: "there is no evidence, nothing has been presented to us in the 4th circuit, that there is any fraud being perpetrated upon the court. What is classified as fraud, can also be classified as sloppiness, can be classified as neglect, but the legal aspect of the word fraud, we do not experience that." Could it also be classified as bribery by the TBTF lobby we wonder?
Naked Scanners: Lobbyists join the War on Terror

$338 million dollars later the Government Accountability Office still isn't sure that it works.
I really can't imagine why at this point they don't know if it works.
Common sense says do an open field trial at the airport. I'm sure the FBI could help in accommodating them with the particulars.
Look who lobbies for this crap kids.
Looks like revolving government, accommodating it self to me.
That's why lobbyist have to go. They're experts on political positioning to get what they want.
This article doesn't mention it but Michael Chertoff, the first head of Homeland Security has a position in L-3.
How convenient was that for setting your own company up to make money off of the taxpayer?
Security has become big business since 9/11, and politician and CEO's alike have reaped in the riches from it's insistence.
And who insists that its used? Why the very same people that make the products to insist with.
Remember "insiderr trading" is allowed by Congress.
It's time to look a little deeper at just who is buying "our" enslavement, not only being subject to the procedure but having to pay for the machines themselves, I'm tired of making Congress rich.
The game is up!
Simple Simon is calling them out.
The corruption needs accounting for!
If you've seen one of these scanners at an airport, there's a good chance it was made by L-3 Communications, a major contractor with the Department of Homeland Security. L-3 employs three different lobbying firms including Park Strategies, where former Sen. Al D'Amato, R-N.Y., plumps on the company's behalf. Back in 1989, President George H.W. Bush appointed D'Amato to the President's Commission on Aviation Security and Terrorism following the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. Also on Park's L-3 account is former Appropriations staffer Kraig Siracuse.
The scanner contract, issued four days after the Christmas Day bomb attempt last year, is worth $165 million to L-3.
Rapiscan got the other naked-scanner contract from the TSA, worth $173 million. Rapiscan's lobbyists include Susan Carr, a former senior legislative aide to Rep. David Price, D-N.C., chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee. When Defense Daily reported on Price's appropriations bill last winter, the publication noted "Price likes the budget for its emphasis on filling gaps in aviation security, in particular the whole body imaging systems."
An early TSA contractor for full-body scanners was the American Science and Engineering company. AS&E's lobbying team is impressive, including Tom Blank, a former deputy administrator for the TSA. Fellow AS&E lobbyist Chad Wolf was an assistant administrator at TSA and an aide to Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, who sits on the Transportation and Defense subcommittees of Appropriations. Finally, Democratic former Rep. Bud Cramer is also an AS&E lobbyist -- he sat on the Defense and Transportation subcommittees of the Appropriations Committee.
The full-body scanners
Deploying these naked scanners was a reaction to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab's failed attempt to blow up a plane on Christmas 2009, but the Government Accountability Office found, "it remains unclear whether [the scanners] would have been able to detect the weapon Mr. Abdulmutallab used."

Doctors brace for Medicare pay cuts
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2010/11/12/national/w082140S76.DTL
Because this surgeon has to take a 25% pay cut, your health may be at risk.
Remember the hippocratic oath?
Money has become more important than easing the suffering.
How much sense does the new morality make anymore?
You know the part that says "Fuck you if you can't pay what I want than your problem is not my problem.
What do Doctors or Politicians or Financiers or Ball Players do that they should actually be paid anymore than a Teacher or a Cop or Construction Worker really?
What makes their lives so much more important than your own, that they must command outrageous amounts just to do their job?
Why is a nursery attendant paid any less than a Doctor, the job they do is right up there on the scale of importance if you stop to think about.
So is a Cops for that matter.
With out either one of them, if their serve is needed in your life and you can't count on them to do their job the health of your livelihood if not life can be placed in serious jeopardy.
No one is anymore important than anyone else in the job chain.
They only are if you allow them to believe they are.
Try doing without your garbageman, after a few weeks if that long of not servicing his route, you understand just how vital and important he is to the health and safety of the community.
It's time to get real people.
We can no longer afford those that think "WE" can can't do without them.
They also need to understand that they can't do with out "us".
The Doctors are now lobbying to do away with the pay cuts, they want the taxpayer to continue to foot the bill, and it's a bill that "WE" can no longer afford in the amounts that they wish to be paid for.
Something has to give and it cannot be the addition of more debt.
The prescription program that Bush pushed down our throat needs to go to. It wasn't something that "WE" could ever afford in the first place.
Caps should be put on medication prices, profiteering off of medical problems is just plain wrong, and should no longer be tolerated.
Breast cancer surgeon Kathryn Wagner has posted a warning in her waiting room about a different sort of risk to patients' health: She'll stop taking new Medicare cases if Congress allows looming cuts in doctors' pay to go through
