It seems we're slipping behind the times

But refineries behind the times
Because we don't work that way
And the oil sands of Canada
Now we're running through
To gum up what we got
Now sounds like conspiracy to
To send our oil off on it's way
To another processor for heavy pay
To drill for more we don't need to do
But to refine more of what we got
An answer known quite long ago
That the big 7 left from the plot
