Callousness, curiosity or conditioning.

Note they are doing the same thing as the Military soldier, documenting the kill.
The thing is, these children are from the UK. Which is not to say that this very same behavior has not occurred right here in the United States, because it has.
It's one of the sick side effects of the technological take over of our lives and the lack of teaching empathy and compassion.
A few of the children possess these abilities, but the majority had no understanding of it what so ever.
It's time to ask: What are "we" creating and what will the consequences of it be?

Robert Wilshire, who is believed to have been murdered, was discovered partially submerged in a stream by a group of youngsters from a local school.

They gathered around the body and some of the children took out their mobile phones to take pictures and film the scene. Footage is believed to have been posted on the internet.
