FED making it easier

http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080922/fed_banking.html

If the FED altered the rules for private foreign equity firms to jump in
Why does the taxpayer have to bail them out?
Please welcome in the next set of leeches to continue to drain your life
With their need for power and greed
The war machine slipping into the spotlight with the sovereign wealth funds.
The rules were in place for a reason
But we don't play by those anymore
They're to encumbering
And defeat the purpose for the power lust of greed

The Fed's guidance would apply to all types of potential investors -- such as private equity firms, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds -- that might be interested in taking a minority stake in a bank.
Private equity firms, which put together massive pools of money to invest, can take stakes in banks now. However, the Fed has gotton a lot more questions from private equity firms and others recently about how large a stake they can take without being subject to regulatory supervision.
