U.S. to ramp up rapid deportations with sweeping new rule

The Trump administration said on Monday it will expand and speed up deportations of migrants who enter the United States illegally by stripping away court oversight, enabling officials to remove people in days rather than months or years.

Set to be published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, the rule will apply “expedited removal” to the majority of those who enter the United States illegally, unless they can prove they have been living in the country for at least two years.
Legal experts said it was a dramatic expansion of a program already used along the U.S.-Mexican border that cuts out review by an immigration judge, usually without access to an attorney. Both are available in regular proceedings.
“The Trump administration is moving forward into converting ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement) into a ‘show me your papers’ army,” said Vanita Gupta, the president of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, on a call with reporters.

CBP: Border agents assaulted by migrants

Border Patrol agents assaulted by immigrants attempting to rush a Texas port of entry.

Large Group of Migrants Rush International Bridge, Assault CBP Officers

A group of 47 migrants violently rushed an international port of entry near McAllen, Texas, and assaulted officers in an attempt to illegally enter the country.

The violent incident took place on Friday shortly after 4 a.m. at the Pharr International Bridge when a group of approximately 47 undocumented migrants tried to rush the border, information released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealed. The bridge connects the Mexican border city of Reynosa with Pharr and McAllen. The local TV station KGBT first reported on the violent rush at the port of entry.
The migrants ignored the commands from CBP officers, ripped off the wire and barriers and then rushed towards the U.S. side of the border. CBP officers in tried to push back the men. However, the group began fighting and tried to rip the agents gear off as they attempted to rush the inspection area and enter the country.  Authorities detained several individuals. It remains unclear if any will be prosecuted for the violent incident.

Democratic senator on how to beat Trump: 'Punch him in the face'

Jon Tester said the way for Democrats to win in states President Trump won in 2016 is to "punch him in the face" during an interview on Morning Joe Thursday morning.
The Montana Democratic senator notably won reelection in 2018 despite the president campaigning for the Republican challenger Montana State Auditor Matt Rosendale multiple times in the months prior.
"Let me ask you, how much did Donald Trump win your state by?" Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough asked.

Tester answered, "I think he won by 21 points."
"So he won by 21 points. You spoke out, you had no problem speaking out against racism in Charlottesville," Scarborough responded. "You’ve had no problem speaking out against his racist comments, even when supporting him on issues when you agree with those issues and you got reelected."

WATCH: The Rise Of Antifa In Depth

As political tensions rise around the nation, one group of protesters known as Antifa has gained a reputation for their violent tactics.
One America’s Jack Posobiec reports on the group that many are calling to be labeled a terrorist organization.

Senate Bill Would 'Properly Identify' Antifa As 'Domestic Terrorist Organization'

A new resolution introduced by Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Bill Cassidy (R-LA) would "properly identify" Antifa as "Domestic Terrorists."
Introduced Thursday, the resolution defines Antifa as "a movement that intentionally combines violence with the group's alt-left positions," and "represents opposition to the democratic ideals of peaceful assembly and free speech for all."
The measure then lists several examples of Antifa behavior, including

Illegal Immigrants Drive Child Sex Crime Charges in North Carolina

North Carolina data indicates massive hidden problem nationwide
In North Carolina, during the past 18 months, more than 331 illegal aliens have been charged with 1,172 child rapes and child sexual assaults, according to data collected by an independent researcher.
James Johnson, who tracks the data on his website NCFIRE.info (North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement), says he is only able to gather data from 30 of the state’s 100 counties, which means it’s likely the statewide count is significantly higher.
Johnson has tracked rapes and sexual assaults on children by illegal aliens since 2013, using original police reports and calling arresting agencies to verify immigration status. His data doesn’t cover every month, but for the 54 months he has recorded, an average of 34 illegal aliens per month were charged with 151 counts of raping or sexually assaulting a child in North Carolina.
Further, a study shows that only 12 percent of child rapes are reported, according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center—meaning the total number could be almost 10 times higher.
“It’s happening in every state—we just happen to be compiling the information. It’s a mess,” Johnson told The Epoch Times.
“The ones that I cannot confirm as being illegal aliens, I do not put in the reports. So, our reports are obviously on the low side every month because
“You are asking my client to lie,” Michael Flynn’s new defense attorney Sidney Powell charged in a contentious June meeting with federal prosecutors. Flynn would continue to cooperate with prosecutors, Powell stressed, but he could not provide the testimony the government sought at the July trial of Flynn Intel Group (FIG) co-founder Bijan Rafiekian, “because it is not true.”
Soon after, the government filed a motion in Rafiekian’s case, branding Flynn a co-conspirator and informing the court that Flynn would no longer testify against his former business partner.  While federal prosecutors are reticent to explain how Flynn went from being a star witness to complicit in the crimes with which they charged Rafiekian, a scouring of the court records reveals the genesis of the falling-out. It also suggests that, in the escalating dispute between the government attorneys and Flynn’s new lawyer, Powell has the better argument.

Let’s Start With Some Background

House Democrats delete tweets attacking each other, pledge to unify

Leaders of House Democratic factions riven by weeks of infighting pledged to unify on Thursday, with each side deleting recent social media posts attacking each other.
In a joint statement issued Thursday, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.), Congressional Progressive Caucus Co-Chairs Reps. Pramila Jayapal (Wash.) and Mark Pocan (Wis.), New Democrat Coalition Chairman Rep. Derek Kilmer (Wash.) and Blue Dog Coalition Chairwoman Rep. Stephanie Murphy (Fla.) downplayed recent divisions over strategy and policy priorities.

Previously deported Guatemalan accused of killing mother and two children in Iowa

Another mother has been permanently separated from her two children by the grave, allegedly murdered by a previously known illegal alien.
Three more people are dead in Des Moines, Iowa, allegedly killed by an illegal alien who was able to remain in the country despite several encounters with police. Criminal illegal aliens are supposed to be immediately removed so they are not able to commit more crimes in this country.
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Marvin Oswaldo Escobar-Orellana, 31, who has been charged with the murder of a mother and two children Tuesday night in downtown Des Moines, is an illegal alien from Guatemala who had been previously deported twice. “Escobar-Orellana, aka, Marvin O. Esquivel-Lopez, was previously removed (deported) from the United States in 2010 and again in 2011,” said ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer in a statement. “He has a prior federal conviction for illegal entry into the United States in 2010.”
While he is currently not in ICE custody, which prevents ICE from offering more information on his criminal history, ICE did confirm that an immigration detainer was filed by the agency on July 16 with the Polk County Jail. That would allow ICE to apprehend him so he can’t flee if he were to post bond with the local jail, which was set at $3 million.

Two movie chains refuse to extend Unplanned’s Canadian run despite sold-out venues

Despite the pro-life movie Unplanned’s “shocking” box office numbers during its Canadian debut, Canada’s biggest movie chains — Cineplex and Landmark — won’t be extending its weeklong run past Thursday.
It’s a decision Cary Solomon, who with Chuck Konzelman wrote, directed and produced Unplanned, finds “absurd” and “incomprehensible.”
“Cineplex and Landmark have decided that they are not going to keep showing the movie. Now I would ask you, what business that has a full house suddenly decides that they’re going to stop business?” Solomon told LifeSiteNews.

Nader, 60, was interviewed multiple times during the special counsel’s investigation, all but one time under a proffer agreement with prosecutors. Nader is mentioned approximately 120 times in the special counsel’s report, but there is no mention of his long history of alleged child sex crimes.
Nader was arrested June 3 on charges that he transported images of child sex abuse victims. Investigators found 12 videos on Nader’s cell phone allegedly showed children between the ages of three and 14 being sexually abused. (RELATED: Key Mueller Probe Witness Arrested On Child Porn Charges)

Key Mueller Witness Indicted On Child Sex-Trafficking Charges

Nader was initially detained Jan. 17, 2018, but he was not charged until three months later.
Nader was indicted in Washington, D.C., in 1984 on child pornography charges. According to The Daily Beast, which first reported the new indictment against Nader, he was arrested in 1990 after being found with videos of young boys. He pleaded guilty the following year.
He was convicted in the Czech Republic in 2002 of sexually abusing 10 underage boys. He served one year in prison.
According to the Post, an assistant U.S. attorney said in court Friday that a

George Nader, Witness in Mueller Probe, Hit With New Charges of Sex Trafficking

George Nader, who was a key witness in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, was hit with new federal charges of sex trafficking for allegedly “engaging in sexual acts” with a 14-year-old boy he transported from Europe.
An indictment unsealed Friday morning in Eastern District of Virginia also charges Nader with counts of child pornography and obscenity. The charges come on top of separate child-porn charges leveled by the same prosecutors last month.

ICE Protesters Launch Secret Weapon: Giant Prop Brown Baby In Wooden Crib-Cage (VIDEO)

The really sad part is, these are the very same people that bitch about antivaxers
And yet they are willing to allow anybody and their brother in "OUR" backyard, whether they're sick or nor

Protesters in Portland have taken a break from the rioting for 2019’s installment of May Day, and have instead directed their rage toward I.C.E. They marched from the waterfront to the I.C.E. building in southwest Portland, chanting “ABOLISH ICE” and “NO ICE, NO KKK, NO FASCIST USA.” They then had a stand-off with “federal protective services” officers in riot gear. Meanwhile, Portland “police” were nowhere to be seen, except for the truck giving empty threats of possible arrest if the protesters didn’t clear the road.
