enemy belligerents: if you protest the war, abortion, excessive government spending you are considered an enemy belligerent according to the Homeland security guidelines as to what constitutes one.
If this bill passes you will be detained indefinitely with absolutely no constitutional rights.

To provide for the interrogation and detention of enemy belligerents who commit hostile acts against the United States, to establish certain limitations on the prosecution of such belligerents for such acts, and for other purposes.

I just love her last statement, don't worry about what's out there.

Perhaps it is more fitting to actually worry about what leaders like her and Bush and Cheney have done to our constitutional rights, because everything she described you can be subject to also, under the Patriot Act.
