Mr P. is no longer the Prime Minister.
He is once again heading Russia as their President.
I personally am happy he is around. I find the world to be a little bit more safer with him on watch.
He never shoots from the hip, but always stops to take aim.
It's nice to know he's there, to keep the world in check.
