Is it me or is it him
What more is there to say
Don’t remind me of those wrong done moments
That were just canned for a different day
In a water bath so sterile
That there was no chance for decay
To sit upon a wells stocked shelf
To feed on another day
It’s those moments you just can’t let go
Because they never fade away
Because we always have tomorrow
To nourish us that way
Our daily diet a plate of sorrows
With a refill right away
Can’t wait to taste tomorrows
Will they be better than today
And who knows how this whole thing goes
I just live it day by day
And I don’t know what could be better
Than left over yesterdays
