You know it's not just about America
The rest of the world to dreams
About the chance to lead a peaceful life
And what it takes to make that scene
The voice of Love must ring round the world
To see to everybody's means
So that the children can be whole again
To meet the future for their dreams
No child must not be special now
They need the light of Love to grow
Lets join together to provide it now
And let the past just go

The voice of reason is taking over the world
They see the solutions now presented as insanity
Because the truth of the fact is they are
Humanity on whole must be thought of to prevail
With the rational of a civilized society
It can no longer be thought in terms of who holds the most
Or that they are smart enough to direct the detail
Because that detail is now the mess we've got
And the economics of it are unsound
The powers that be have passed the lines of perverse
And now the world is falling down
And greed just makes the situation worse
So that no solution can be found

How strange I woke up wanting to talk to Izzy today. Mostly about this very same thing.
He always had a voice of reason, I miss that.
It was a fixed position you could count on
Of facts and probabilities

Very funny Larry
Popping off Curley's show
Flower comes off smelling sweet
And I just look like Moe
Well eenie minie
Get off your hiney
And look under the bed
Of Curley's head
Coz the dust bunnies are starting to grow
And what's the point of cleaning the joint
If that's all your going to sow
The weeds of need that are taking seed
Don't feed a mind you know
It takes care to grow the lettuce
Without Universal regrettus
To allow the rivers flow
To nurture the seed that it's Love not greed
That the global world needs to know
And what One must always take care to show
Popping off Curley's show
Flower comes off smelling sweet
And I just look like Moe
Well eenie minie

To nurture the seed that it's Love not greed
That the global world needs to know
And what One must always take care to show
It's well known
On the traders sight you see
And the mixing of the Spirit
In a mixed up menagerie
And your picking of the stones
In which you like to collect
But in your mix is also seed
That rots from cause neglect
When you play for pandemonium
It's not panacea you erect
It's your journey soul
And not the destination in which your bound
It's your choice to free the children from neglect
And that destinations choice is sound
From the choice of thoughts that you reflect
Upon the seeds you see fit to grow
So tighten up your hat there Cap
And remember the panorama
Of the Universal show
Unless your just pantomiming Areosmith
And I know your not you know
Watch the panchromatic colored blow
On the traders sight you see
And the mixing of the Spirit
In a mixed up menagerie

It's a time for common sense
With no political sway
With no reason for the higher mind to find
For the slaughtering of the innocent that way
From peer to peer
Let the voice of reason ring
Let humanity take a stand
To stop the costs of the insane this way
Because "The Children" need a hand
Stop the violence and show the Love
It's time for Love to take a stand

I woke upon a thought yesterday of you
And thought if only you could hold the worlds attention for a moment or two
That you could explain the financial situation
From just the facts and no side of bull
You've such a fine mind so well defined
You give the gift of site to see
The complexities of this situation
Spoken simply but proven brilliantly
The panel, known as COP (Congressional Oversight Panel), is headed by Harvard University professor Elizabeth Warren, who has been consistently critical of the TARP program's administration under former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson
The Congressionally-appointed panel overseeing the TARP program today will release a stinging report of the regulatory failures that led to the current financial crisis.
A copy of the draft report, which will be presented to Congress, was obtained by CNBC.com.
"The regulatory system not only failed to manage risk, but also failed to require disclosure of risk through sufficient transparency," the report concludes.
Among the report's recommendations are that future regulation include better oversight of systemic risk, reducing the potential impact of "too-big-to-fail" institutions; improved transparency through "better, more accurate credit ratings" and better regulation of consumer products, which would "curb excesses in mortgage lending."

Global unemployment heads towards 50 millionCarl Mortished, International Business Editor
Unemployment is mounting around the world as big international companies, including Boeing, Starbucks, ConocoPhillips, GKN, in Britain, and SAP, of Germany, rush to cut costs.
The jobs scythe, which could put 50 million people out of work worldwide, according to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), is reaching beyond the financial sector and into every corner of the global economy.
A glimmer of hope came last night with reports that Corus was close to a deal to sell a 75 per cent stake in a steel mill on Teeside for about $450 million, securing as many as 2,000 jobs.
The agreement is with a partnership of Marcegaglia of Italy and Dongkuk of South Korea. Asda and BSkyB also said yesterday they would be creating 8,000 jobs between them.
The seeds of life form from a wicked tale, and the willing shall go on, if the use of common sense can prevail.

The red and green hues on your palettes play
When mixed together
Make yellow that way
Mine hold the colors of red and blue
With the combination together
To make Spirit's hue
I look for the real
Through third eye appeal
You view through the reality of way
And endorse the program of well thought out verse
In the habit of promoting their play
The venom is wrong
At least not from my song
It was a true taste of what you laid to play
And the odor that lingered OK
In the mind I can hear like you
On what you wish to say
So shall I lie to you my love
When it's not perceived that way
When mixed together

Cap no slap
And forgiveness has a roll
But so does the depth of giving
And how much will take it's toll
The haves are still eating on the whole
While the nots do without to feed the welfare roll
Of the rich who know nothing but feeding their greed
And could care less for the others or the cost of their need
How long will this keep going on
Is the question people want to know
How much must they sacrifice
To finance the world's wealth's soul
What price will forgiveness take
For a system out of hand
For the people of the world grow wise
And are beginning to understand
That the decisions made
Just keep them slaves
From costs that go unrecognized
By those that have no soul
And keep dishing out the lies
And forgiveness has a roll
But so does the depth of giving
And how much will take it's toll

The child was charged with a felony
I have such a crazy mixed up feel
For the safety of my child
But also for the kids raw deal
He's just a dumb kid
Crap he's only twelve years old
Do you remember why
The things that made you bold
Then add the scope of a psychotrope
Because that's the general rule
That most kids med
A sanctioned social rule
That's recommended by the teachers at the school
What if his thought process was reduced to so slow
That it became impossible for him to fully think through his actions
What if it interferes with the cognitive of cause and effect

Traitor I think not no
But I see no beef
Just a Welsh Rabbit kind of show
Not from your Monday missive
But from a week or so ago
Your bite to please
Was like a mouth of cheese
That covers up the bread you know
Hots not what I got
But more like a mouth of waste
The common sense was on the fence
With both sides there to taste
What's hot and what's squat
They both were there for show
When your sitting on the fence
That's what you dispense
And the people told you so
I must say I agree
But then that's me
I don't like the imitation of the so
That's what you got like it or not
Well I don't support it yo
On the flip side of the very same ride
Support is not what you show
Saving is not what the administrations craving
Talk about a wishy washy blow
For that there is no respect you know
And if you don't fill the need you will rescede
To last years who was so
The choice is yours
To take it or let it go
It's your pants on the fence you know

Bad boyz who hold thy father's name
With voices thin and hollow
For all things stay the same
As they will when you carry on tomorrow
What course now have I changed your melody
So Spirit's voice may pass
To show me what I need to see
To keep me warm and safe to be
For the protection of Love
Is always looking over me
I quiet my mind
And hear what I see
What's as small pale
Is taken as a horror's detail
And the sight of many a grizzly scene
Just waiting to step from the dream
Ah but I've saved you from your own unaware
And the horror's conviction
From those who would care
By listening to Spirit
Who had something to share
With voices thin and hollow
For all things stay the same
As they will when you carry on tomorrow
What course now have I changed your melody

Well I see that Big Dick and the Pretenders of they didn't know
Weasel out scot free
No jail time for the rich you know
Just a little white collar whine
Served up to the DOJ
With a slice of cheese to the SEC
For their part in looking away

Thoughts of the garden
And what you can grow
The making of bread
And the rising of dough
All mixed together
For an interesting knead
The starters for proprietary
All mixed by the same breed
They cast a little flower
For a water mixed paste
The smell of the aroma
Glued in for a taste
To rise upon times desire
To loaf in the pan
Baked hot by fire
Risen high with a golden gold
Now right for consumption
By the hands that control
All rights to the peoples knead
To bake their own bread
For the mouths that they feed
Whose starter has soured and cannot rise so
They must eat of the bread
Fed by the hands that control

Away from the danger
To a little town instead
A story does unfold there
Where my child could be dead
A note sent home officially from school
About a little problem that rated the 6 o'clock news
A child made a bomb and brought it to school
To sell it to someone else coz that's what they do when they're cool
The little kid sat by him in the first two periods of class
He told another kid who thought it was a joke and just laughed
But then lock down came in the middle of the day
Coz the principle didn't think it was OK
The police and the bomb squad came
And the device was exploded in the quarry they say
Just another day in the life of a small town
Where terror now replaces safe in my head

In an attempt to thwart national terrorism by her own two children to the helpless passengers on the same airline flight, Tamera is now an admitted terrorist (on the advice of her lawyer) and has now lost custody of her children.
In her attempt to contain her unruly children (as any good mother should do)
Tamera has now been forced to accept the brand of being deemed as unfit parent
and thus being stripped of her parental rights, enabling her children's foster parents to apply for adoption.
And what exactly was Tamera's crime? Nothing more than an attempt to discipline her children for the sake of the comfort of her fellow passengers.
Reporting from Los Angeles and Oklahoma City -- Tamera Jo Freeman was on a Frontier Airlines flight to Denver in 2007 when her two children began to quarrel over the window shade and then spilled a Bloody Mary into her lap.
She spanked each of them on the thigh with three swats. It was a small incident, but one that in the heightened anxiety after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks would eventually have enormous ramifications for Freeman and her children.

To sing the militaristic blues
To the shaping of the designer mind
Into the clothes choice we will choose
Well freedom has a different course
That's not meant to follow you
So just keep your designer thoughts
Because only the rich will follow you
We don't want your solicitation
Of what the government would have us do
To sacrifice our children's lives
In a philosophy garbed by you

A little tap for you Cap
On the scene that was not so nice
That vacation pic was a rip
So I'm giving you some advice lol
Please suspend that animation
Of that horrid abomination
Of that dangleing participle would be nice
Since it was really quite mean
A show stopper that was obscene
A cold killer that always pays a price
On the scope of imagination
That was quite an abreviation
On what I like to call my vice
Checking out the stackage
On a certain kind of package
That one I actually had to look at twice
Oh and while your there
Tell Mr Clean
He's full of hot air
And needs to review his levitation
Not once but maybe twice
From the mediation on his throne
He's better left alone
And remember to flush
Is valuable advice
And to use a little two ply
He was up there kind of high
And he might need to take another swipe
Coz what he left was smellin
And really was quite telling
That what he left
Was really very ripe lol
Whose bad
The Steelers! lol

What a pain the giga byte drain
They only give 5 you know
The little kid shot the small alott
So now I got two weeks to go
Before the turn of bytes I yearn
Man this time is going slow
I just thought I'd drop you a line
Hope your doing fine
I'm bored as hell you know
See ya on the 24th
Coz I'll be back
Oh yeah it's not a thrill
Why does mercury error the ville
Either way I go
On this machine or my lean
Explorer slams the door
Almost everytime I go
Adding up the error time I show
Which takes away from the bytes you know
I gotta figure out wifi
But I don't want to give it a try
Just in case I blow the show
My overage now has cost me more than I want to know
God I miss my broadband!!!
With it's unlimited life span
Coz forced vacations are such a blow!
Miss you bad boyz
Oh yeah you to strudel lol
But I am writing alot
Some are a little hott
Just to clean out my brain you know
You can get confused with the daily news
On where your talent will go
and what it looks like for show

Little child I see the fear in you
The things that you must see
Are devastating
Do you remember how to smile
Poor baby who's childhood is on hold a while
Fear does that to you good
You appreciate that fact that you could be killed
And the validated fact is understood
They don't care my little Love song
What they do to the babies in the hood
The things that you must see
Are devastating
Do you remember how to smile

Cop murders suspect
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Makes you wonder where he was trained at or by what program.
BART police officer struggling to handcuff a 22-year-old man, stood up over the facedown Hayward resident and fired a single shot into his back while a handful of officers watched, a video taken by a train passenger apparently shows.
The attorney for the family of Oscar Grant III, fatally shot by an unidentified BART officer early New Year's Day, said Sunday he plans to file a $25 million lawsuit against the department and asked prosecutors to consider filing murder charges against the officer.
The shooting occurred shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday after five officers responded to the Fruitvale station to reports of a fight on a train, officials said, though they have not confirmed whether Grant
was involved in the fight.
The new video, obtained by television station KTVU, shows two officers restraining a struggling suspect. While the man is lying face down on the ground, one officer appears to be seen pulling out a gun and firing a single shot into his back.

Cop murders suspect

Israel rains fire on Gaza with phosphorus shells
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

White phosphorus the gift that keeps on giving, because it burns to the bone.
This smoke screen effect falls from the sky and it doesn't discriminate on who it burns. It can't be placed and is subject to the wind. I find it amazing that they would leave a loophole in for it's use.
I've seen pictures of the people in Iraq(mostly children) that were burned by it. They're hideous and gut wrenching, and then to think that this done to them all in the just name of name of freedom just makes me want to vomit
Israel is believed to be using controversial white phosphorus shells to screen its assault on the heavily populated Gaza Strip yesterday. The weapon, used by British and US forces in Iraq, can cause horrific burns but is not illegal if used as a smokescreen.
As the Israeli army stormed to the edges of Gaza City and the Palestinian death toll topped 500, the tell-tale shells could be seen spreading tentacles of thick white smoke to cover the troops’ advance. “These explosions are fantastic looking, and produce a great deal of smoke that blinds the enemy so that our forces can move in,” said one Israeli security expert. Burning blobs of phosphorus would cause severe injuries to anyone caught beneath them and force would-be snipers or operators of remote-controlled booby traps to take cover. Israel admitted using white phosphorus during its 2006 war with Lebanon

The UN was put together to able to monitor over world situations, so that a single countries actions could not get out of hand as Germany's did producing the start of WWII by the slaughtering of the innocents.
It has become quite obvious that this body of world government holds no power or sway what so ever.
The slaughter of the people of Iraq and Palestine, as well as South Ossetia, are testimony to this fact.
The UN voted down the invasion of Iraq and it was done anyway, with massive loss of life to the Iraqi people in the United States quest to put down Al qaeda.
The UN is supposed to be the meeting place to discuss civilly the problems of separate countries in disagreement, and yet when Russia called for a meeting for the need on their actions as peacekeepers for the people of South Ossetia after Georgia's
uncontrolled aggression fully funded by the United States, they were denied.
The entire world was lead to believe that Russia was the aggressor over Georgia, rather than the protector of the small and meek people of South Ossetia.
And now Israel has deemed it necessary to slaughter without conviction all who would live in the Gaza strip. The UN has called for a cease fire statement, that the United States has seen fit to block because it does not lay blame, but rather seeks an end to the untold numbers of death that is occurring for all of the Palestinian people by the invasion of Israel unto their land.
It would seem it is either time to disband the UN because all countries contribute
monetarily to their upkeep and it has become an obvious waste of money, or to give it back the power that it was intentionally given to govern world situations, and to put the aggressions and undaunted opinions of the United States back in their place.
The world opinion does not revolve around only what the United States says it should, and why should it. The United States has become known of late as to taking rash actions and forming incorrect convictions by using the powers of hearsay only and thinking they are justified in doing so. When the casualty count comes in from their actions they seem to think the world should accept their excuse of "Oh well shit happens" just because they are the United States.
Well I'm a citizen of the United States and I don't accept their excuse.
IN AN extraordinary outburst, the president of the United Nations General Assembly has branded Israel's ground offensive in Gaza a "monstrosity" and a marked failure for the UN.
Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, of Nicaragua, blasted the Israeli action on Saturday as the UN Security Council convened its third Gaza emergency session.
"I think it's a monstrosity; there's no other way to name it," Mr Brockmann said. "Once again, the world is watching in dismay the dysfunctionality of the Security Council."

I'm thinking that's not so
With a little insight
To the military plight
That where most of it goes
And they'll pass it off as people
Running to and fro
But it will be their answer to Gaza
For their confidence to pass for show
Coz everybody's happy
With the thought of no neglect
From the confidence in the mobster
We call our president elect

From the confidence in the mobster
We call our president elect
A lesson well remembered
And my nose rubbed in it to
Always give a kiss goodbye
Because it's the last one you may do
But I'm glad to see it's not
And and honor to see it to
Welcome back there Cap
A missed kiss just for you
And I did miss you while you where gone
Though mind thoughts walked your wake
With the quaking of Yellowstone
And an Aspen positive energy play
What a strange connection
A coincidence I'm not sure
But I sent positivity in that direction
To quell the negatives pool for gore
And my nose rubbed in it to
Always give a kiss goodbye
Because it's the last one you may do

WARNING EXTREMELY GRAPHIC
This video clip was taken with a mobile camera immediately after a terrorist Israeli air strike hit a busy market where kids with their mothers and fathers were searching for food to eat from one of the local markets early on Saturday 03, Jan 2009, Gaza.
As you will see, there are no words to describe the terror of the Jewish state of Israhell. This is why Israel is continuously refusing to allow foreign correspondence and reporters from entering Gaza

An angel kissed a child today
Wrapped in Love for the journey's way
To a place of Love we all call Home
Where only Love is ever know
He hears his momma and his daddy cry
He whispers hush and please don't cry
I'm going to a place I've always know
I love you both and I'll see you at Home
Don't cry for me I'm happy now
And I'll see you both real soon
It's the angels wish I go right now
And I'm happy I'm going Home
Remember I love you and I always will
To be Home again is quite a thrill
I'll come back and see you still
And kiss you so you'll know
I'll come to you in a rush of Love
Yes it's me when you think me of
To comfort you with thoughts of love
When your missin me that way
Wrapped in Love for the journey's way

Just like Iraq so many innocents are being killed
No one demands and the blood just keep being spilled
These are our brothers and sisters
They're just like you and me
If we don't demand for them some justice
Next time it could be our turn
Israel is on a blood lust
And they won't stop until all Palestinians die
How are they any better than the Nazi's
They can't justify their reasons why
This is genocidal slaughter
And the world must demand they stop
Because the next thing you know
They're gonna Nuke Iran
Stop the hate!
Show the Love!

The cost of job creation
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/090102/gas_tax.html
Motorists are driving less and buying less gasoline, which means fuel taxes aren't raising enough money to keep pace with the cost of road, bridge and transit programs.
That has the federal commission that oversees financing for transportation talking about increasing the federal fuel tax.
A 50 percent increase in gasoline and diesel fuel taxes is being urged by the commission to finance highway construction and repair until the government devises another way for motorists to pay for using public roads.
The National Commission on Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing, a 15-member panel created by Congress, is the second group in a year to call for increasing the current 18.4 cents a gallon federal tax on gasoline and the 24.4 cents a gallon tax on diesel. State fuel taxes vary from state to state.
In a report expected in late January, members of the infrastructure financing commission say they will urge Congress to raise the gas tax by 10 cents a gallon and the diesel tax by 12 cents to 15 cents a gallon. At the same time, the commission will recommend tying the fuel tax rates to inflation.
The commission will also recommend that states raise their fuel taxes and make greater use of toll roads and fees for rush-hour driving.

And where is the billion dollars going to come from?
More taxpayer funding is my guess.
Fannie Mae (Pacific:FNM - News; Pacific:FNM - News), the largest U.S. home funding company, believes that failed mortgage lender IndyMac has obligations to repurchase around $1 billion of home mortgages that failed to meet Fannie's standards, the Wall Street Journal said, citing people familiar with the situation.
Banks that sell loans to Fannie or its smaller rival, Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE - News; NYSE:FRE - News), must make "representations and warranties" that those loans meet certain quality standards, the paper said. If not, the lenders can be forced to buy the loans back, the paper reported on its website late on Thursday.
A spokesman for Fannie told the paper the company is working with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp (FDIC) to resolve the issue.
Fannie could not be immediately reached for comment by Reuters.
A consortium of private equity and hedge fund firms, including J.C. Flowers & Co, is close to a deal to buy the assets of IndyMac, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters earlier this week.
The FDIC, which took control of IndyMac in July 2008, is seeking a buyer.

Where will it all end
Only God can only know
When dehumanization is the application
That the media wants to show
Remember South Ossetia
They blew that call you know
They pictured Russia as the monster
When it was really Georgia's uncontrol
The world has become a blood bath
For the sake of greed that grows
It's the women and children that bare the cost
Because the media has sold it's soul
Where will it all end
Only God can only know
When dehumanization is the application
