You have to ask yourself why Congress is working so hard to make sure Judge Walker doesn't preside over the Telecoms case.
Could it be the fact they they to are guilty of accessory or that they have something themselves to hide.
None of them are representing their constituents with rolling over and allowing this action to go unpunished.
It is out and out spying on their own people.
One can only draw the conclusion in good judgement they they have been blackmailed, because I can see no other reason for their blatant disregard of their duties.
Just as Judge Walker can see no justifications for Bush's wiretapping.
